We love everything about this steakhouse, and the price is reasonable for the quality of food you get. Similar high end steakhouses couldn't do better and cost way more. Went here for wife's 40th birthday. Reserved seats ahead of time which isn't required but recommended according to the website. I agree especially so if you plan on going during busy... More

We had steak salad, shrimp, crab cakes, hamburgers. All the meals were tasty but one of the hamburgers was over cooked. It was a busy Wed. nite and very loud. I couldn't hear across the table. That is a big turn off for me. The other was our waiter. He was not attentive and hard to spot. I resorted to... More

The spinach salad is excellent, as is their bread. The rib eye steak and grilled chicken are usually very good, except they sometimes burn them on their wood grill. Service is always very good. Noise level is moderate to high. Prices are moderate. Good location in the North Hills Shopping, Dining, and Residential Complex.

I use to like this place better, but in the last few years they've increased they're prices enough that makes it a poor value. The other complaint we have is that the food, while very tasty, it's very indulgent (salty and rich). On rare occasions, it's a nice treat, but definitely not a regular place.

This was my first visit to a restaurant in the Firebirds chain and I am glad we went. Our party of four had seafood, roast beef, and chicken dishes. All were well prepared and served promptly. All were very tasty and the portions are large. I had the Parmesan crusted mahi and the portion would have been 2 meals in... More

I can't tell you how many times we have eaten at Firebirds and this is my first review! I have two favorite entrees and I usually order one or the other. I love the pecan crusted trout and the sesame encrusted salmon. If you like seafood, you can't go wrong with either one of these. And the sides that come... More

I used to come here once a week because the food is just that good. I've had the meat loaf, both filet Mignon, Parmesan crusted flounder (when they had it as flounder; now it's mahi mahi). There's never a misstep here. For meat this is the best place to go especially considering the price. They always cook the meat to... More

My girlfriend and I went on a double date here on a Thursday around 730 and say right down! The BBQ chicken sandwich was really good but the Chile Rubbed Delmonico was one of the best steaks I've ever had. The Au gratin potatoes sealed the deal! I would absolutely recommend this place! The food was amazing and the service... More

I gave it a try and it was pretty good. The aged ribeye had a very good flavor, but lacked the sear to put it to the next level. It was very tender with a good taste. The service was great. I don't think I'll be paying that much to eat here again. If you don't like the sear on... More

Dear Brenolan, Thank you for taking the time to write about your recent experience at our Raleigh location. I am happy to hear you enjoyed our service and Ribeye flavor, yet disappointed you did not experience the sear on your Ribeye like you enjoy. I will be sharing your review with our leadership team. Thank you. More

The first time we went the restaurant was busy but we had a reservation and were sat right away. The service was friendly. The cocktails are a little pricey for the size, but the food was unique, well-prepared and tasted excellent. The second time we went was for our anniversary. We were sat right away. Very friendly young server, she... More
