I am even more impressed with Saint Jacques after my second visit. This last time I went for lunch. The service is impeccable as the staff makes sure that you are always taken care of and go out of their way to make sure you are treated well. The French onion soup had a very sweet taste, was luke warm and not good. After that it took about an hour for us to get our entree and it was just ok. Very pricey.$$$$$$$ I don't think we'll be going back anytime soon.

We went to Saint-Jacques French Cuisine in Raleigh, last night (1/9/16) for the first time and we cannot say enough wonderful things about it. I turned 70 so we wanted to make this one truly special and thanks to St. Jacques...it was! From the second we walked into the front door, until the moment we left, we were treated like... More

This is my special place for great occasions or romantic nights! I have had everything on the menu over the years and so happy to keep coming back. A little to crowded for my taste in the main dining room but the room to the right is nice and comfortable. I so much enjoy the french onion soup there I... More

If you are like my family, you wouldn't be eating here once a week. But you cannot choose a better place for a special occasion. In other words, it is high dollar and high quality. We have never had less than an excellent meal, service, overall experience. It's small, elegant. and truly exceptional.

We tried this restaurant based on the Tripadvisor reviews. It was kind of hit and miss, and definitely nowhere near the top restaurant in Raleigh, so I'm not sure why it ranks so highly. On the plus side, the atmosphere is very nice and the service was friendly. They come around with a variety of breads, amuse-bouche, and a sorbet/granita... More

What a wonderful gem and and authentic European setting! Located in an unassuming strip mall on Falls of Neuse Road, the cuisine is superb, "vraiment francais" and will convince you to return. The waiter was so professional, always attentive to his customers, but never imposing. We opted for lunch and were so pleased with the menu selections at midday. I... More

Four of us went to Saint Jacques recently to celebrate a special birthday. This small bistro offered delicious menu choices and a cozy, intimate dining experience, perfect for quiet conversation. We ordered some of the Chef specials, which were outstanding. The staff was very attentive, some even fluent in French, and we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch, as well as our... More
