We were looking for a nice place to share tapas, have drinks and socialize and Humble Pie seem to fit the bill! When we arrived at 6:30, the place was busy, but we had a nice corner table and were immediately able to order drinks and our 1st round of tapas. But within 30 minutes, the place got jam packed... Food was wonderful. However it is a social scene where you'd go for dessert wine and a snack. We left hungry. The portions were extremely small. This comes with the type of atmosphere they are creating. Nothing wrong with this culture just isn't a place id go starving. The wait staff were super polite and our drinks never got empty.... More

I've been here twice and both times enjoyed dining outside because of the covered pergola. Food was excellent both times and the servers are very attentive. Will definitely be taking friends when visiting from out of town. Location is great for a pre concert dinner and easy walking to the Red Hat.

My team had an excellent time here on a Wednesday night. We ate inside on a long table by the door in comfortable conditions, and even though the atmosphere was lively, the noise was not overwhelming. Humble Pie seemed like the perfect work venue but not the place where I would want to take my wife. The tapas style portions... More

The restaurant is a Tapas style place, which is basically appetizers that you share with others at your table. The servings were small, the food was ehhh, but at least it was expensive. Ha! We were a group of 8 and a 4 year old and we did sample many of the tapas. Of all of what we ate the... More

Simply brilliant from beginning to end. Great food. Great vibe. Taylor our waiter was helpful, on the spot, and quietly enthusiastic. His recommendation of steak tacos and crab cakes were delicious. The strawberry salsa with fresh chips, a delightful surprise. To round it out the local hard cider and ipa were fresh and refreshing. Just an excellent experience. Will definitely... More

A limited menu but larger than average 'small plates' made this a worthwhile dinner stop on a Saturday night. Busy, casual atmosphere with friendly wait staff and host. All4items that we tried were well seasoned and perfectly done. Prices were slightly above mid range but we enjoyed every bite.

We go there whenever we can. So been here multiple times and always in consideration when thinking about a place to eat downtown Raleigh. Love the food and beverage selections. Would recommend to anyone visiting downtown.

Humble Pie has a storied history of eclectic ambiance and food and it still doesn't disappoint. Wednesday evenings join a crowd for awesome live music, suitable for dancing. There are plenty of small plate choices for every appetite - and the vegetarian choices are not afterthoughts - they are go-to dishes. Don't miss the Avocado and Green Pea puree with... More

Arrived early therefore the restaurant was not over crowded. The waitress was knowledgeable about the wine selections and helpful with the menu. We chose the Meat 'n Cheese plate for starters and later ordered the Berkshire Pork Belly Sliders; the sliders were small and came two to a plate but they were amazing. Found the decor of this old building... More
