1) Angus Barn wows in aesthetics. Christmas decorations were still up and phenomenal 2) TOO overcrowded and over booked. Hard to understand why they have to cram the tables in there, have it so packed outside and in the lobby that you can't get out. But the almighty $$ reigns. 3) We sent 3 of our 7 steaks back that... This place is really really good about meat. They are heaven of meat lovers. Little bit over price place but if you are in Raleigh, try them at least one times. They will not give you dissappointment.

We had dinner and drinks in the lounge. Great atmosphere with vibrate bar scene. Tv for sports. Can do appetizers or fill menu. Service is always impeccable

I mean you gotta go to the Angus Barn. It does have good food, free Apples and it is right behind the airport or right on the flight path. Don't go without meeting some friends upstairs in the lounge prior to any "boring" dinner! Also the wine cellar tour is a must, lots of history there and a big collection.

We, a party of three celebrating a birthday! Visited the Angus Barn on January 16. At first we were a bit put off by the exceedingly garish holiday decorations still in place. Like, in every conceivable place. There seems to be other more interesting items on the walls, including what appears to be a buffalo head, but the decorations obscured... More

Angus Barn in my Raleigh favorite. Staff is friendly and accommodating, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the food is great. They know how to cook a steak! Tip: try and get to the bar for a drink before dinner.

Went here for a business dinner while in the RTP Cary NC area. Nice ambiance. Really good staff. Great food. Looks like a great place to bring the family; which I will do if back in the area.

The Angus Barn has been held in reverent respect in the Raleigh region for years and with good reason. It is THE destination restaurant in the Triangle. Others may try to dethrone it, but none have. The menu selections are extensive. The décor is marvelous. The wait staff unmatched in the area. The food is wonderful. There were seven in... More

Angus Barn is steeped in tradition and pageantry. Wear your best, a suit, no necktie is standard. Dress slacks and a polo seems to lead to lounge seating, (which is still nice) The food is a notch above other places, which is odd because it is steak, potatoes and salad.....basic. Maybe the antler chandeliers add to the flavor? Even though... More

I was here for a business dinner and this place did not disappoint. Your initial impression of the entire location is one of awe. I've never seen anything like. Since we reserved one of the wine rooms, we got to see the kitchen, wine cellar and other areas of the restaurant. Our servers were clad in traditional steakhouse garb which... More
