We ate at Nina's a few weeks ago. Even though we had a reservation and went quite early, we stood waiting for someone to come seat us for at least five minutes. This was during the week, and the restaurant was 3/4 empty. I was disappointed in my Nina's Farfalle--there was more heavy butter sauce than there was pasta. It... More

This Italian restaurant had been recommended to us so we tried it last night...It is a very intimate place with music and Italian décor...We were seated promptly and waited on almost immediately....Jordan was a very efficient wait person....very courteous and accommodating.......The menu included many interesting entrees to choose from....We finally decided on a chicken breast dish with vegetables...Food and service... We have been visiting this restaurant for years and can say that it is a local favorite. Food is consistently good, always have specials worthy of trying, extensive and affordable wine selection, but best of all, is the friendly service. Highly recommend

The calamari was some of the best I have ever had. The rest of the food was very good as well and the service was the best.

We've been going to Nina's for years, and I almost didn't post a review because we like Nina's and don't necessarily want to share it. Nina's isn't necessarily on the beaten path. It sits at the end of a small strip of stores in northern Raleigh. It could be easy to overlook. But the food and the service make Nina's... More

The restaurant is located nearby and we used to go there more frequently. For a time it seemed like you could tell by the flavor of the food whether or not Nina was in the kitchen. Ordered eggplant parm (not on the menu but they will always make it for you) - it was excellent and full of flavor. Great... More
