Fuji San is no longer at Brier Creek. It's called something else now, new owners? But still a hibachi restaurant. I always loved fuji san and 8/10 times the service and food was GREAT!!!! The other times were due to a ridiculously long wait time...even with a reservation. Bar drinks were always slow but didn't bother me too much cause i know to order while waiting or as soon as we got to table. I went here every single year for my new years birthday. I'll miss them!!! *Started visiting well before 2019, just couldn't go back further than that for that "when did you visit" field.More

So disappointed- My mother came into town from out of state and we were having a celebratory family dinner. We have dined at this establishment many times and never experienced any issues. Unfortunately that was not the case on this occasion. My husband had the...salmon hibachi meal and my mother the lobster hibachi meal. For both, the seafood was overcooked and they ate only a few bites. This was especially disappointing as both of those meals are expensive and they were not able to enjoy them. (Wasted $130 dinner for 3 adults and 1 child). I wanted others to be aware of this so other patrons do not have the same disappointing experience. Also I sent an email to Fujisan regarding this issue and never heard back from them. I guess they don’t want our business anymore and I will be sure to share this with coworkers and friends.More

5 of us chose to have dinner at Fujisan for girls night out instead of going to Kanki, and we were all glad we did. I had been to Fujisan several times over the past several years and have always preferred them to Kanki. You...get noodles in addition to rice and the prices are much better. Yum Yum sauce is my favorite and I like Fujisan’s better. We arrived at 6:30 on a very busy Sunday evening. We were told 40 minutes without a reservation, but I believe we were seated in about 20 minutes. Our server came within minutes of us being seated and took our drink order. The entire experience was smooth and flowed great, we never waited too long for anything. The food was delicious, and so fresh. The chef prepared each order exactly as we ordered it. He did all the exciting things that make the hibachi experience what it is, and I even caught the shrimp in my mouth!! The staff was very friendly and made us all feel welcomed and we are looking forward going back again!More

Five of us ate at Fujisan on Monday evening and were promptly seated upon entering. The ambience is not overly appealing with lots of cooking tables filling a large room with hints of Japanese decor. The noise level was tolerable. All the menus are based...on generic salads drowning in dressing, weak Miso(?) soup with little flavor, and tons of carbs -- mountains of rice and noodles with vegetables that were mostly onions. The meats, shrimp, and chicken were decent, but they were overwhelmed by the carbs. The modest wine selection was as expected for a lower-end place, but the cold sake' was absolutely awful, a milky, sweet liquid that was revolting. The menu didn't describe it as milky and sweet, so I was expecting a clear, crisp sake'. Ugh! If one wants watered down Japanese food that fills one with carbs, this is the place. And our chef performed very few tricks even though there were children at the table...More

Restaurant was packed with people on a Saturday night. First time going and wr decided to try it. Food was delicious and staff was friendly. The process was high but reasonable for my taste. I will return. Update*** I went back again June 2019 but...this time for take out. You get less for than if you eat in. Also my order was not made like I ordered. I had to wait to new food which was less than the original amount. Will not order take out anymore. But will dine in.More

Walked in and get seated quickly. Chicken and Steak, all was delicious, noodles, fried rice, you better walk in hungry or be ready to carry some home. all the food was great, the chef didn't put on much of a show, but it could have...been an off night, and you never know which chef you may get. Nonetheless I'd go back again, it's close to the airport and we were flying out later so very convenient!More

This was our first visit to Fujisan. We had a short wait and the waitress came quickly. I had the steak and shrimp with an add of scallops. The food was cooked perfectly and served hot. The show was very nice especially for the kids...at our table. Our chef was very shilled and was talented. The soup, rice, yum yum sauce and vegetables were great. We will go there again.More

This was our 2nd visit to this restaurant and won't be our last. The food is good and plentiful, and the staff - from the server to the chef to the owners at the front - were all very welcoming. Had the tempura shrimp appetizer...and filet hibachi dinner, and enjoyed it all. Ended up taking enough home for a 2nd meal!More

We came here for our son’s 6th birthday. He calls this type of place a “fire restaurant.” The service was attentive from start to finish. They not only brought him a balloon but his sister too. The chef was amazing, making him a mound of...rice shaped like a heart with a “6” atop it. They came out to sing him happy birthday in Japanese and a sliver of cheesecake. He enjoyed it tremendously as well as the whole show and the delicious cuisine. Highly recommend!More
