I came in for breakfast during a solo weekend in Raleigh- what a treat! I had the best biscuit ever- more like a pastry than a biscuit, and if that had been the only thing I had it would have been awesome all by itself. The rest of the meal was great as well- delicious French toast with cream and... More

Although the kitchen was slow, the food is flavorful. I had a mushroom swiss turkey burger. The meat was seasoned well and it was not dried out by the cooking process. The mashed potatoes had too much salt for my preference, but it was edible. My sister enjoyed her shrimp and grits as well. The biscuits and apple/cranberry spread definitely... More

We were here for breakfast and had amazing lattes! The biscuits were very good- I'm not really a fan of biscuits but my family said they were excellent! The cranberry apple butter was divine. The service was excellent. The decor was fun. Would strongly recommend and would definitely go back. Only negative was too many onions in scrambled eggs

Eggs benedict were fabulous and if you like grits with creme cheese worth a try. Shrimp in grits fantastic.

We love The Flying Biscuit at breakfast! We arrived around 7:15 a.m. on a Saturday, were seated immediatel, and the food and coffee were oustanding! The birthday boy's favorite is the eggs benedict and mine is the shrimp and grits....AWESOME food and service!

I have always loved eating at The Flying Biscuit, but this evening I was thoroughly disappointed. The biscuits were lovely as usual. Light and fluffy. But the silverware was dirty, the bacon burnt (not just crisp). I asked for my eggs over medium-well. Just slightly more than over-medium. (Keep in mind, I order them this way at many breakfast locations.)... More

Sat outside-location a strip mall. Seemed to take forever to get waited on, almost left. Once we ordered it took a while again. They had water bowls for my dog so I let it slide. Food was good when it came Maybe short staffed that day-would try them again.

Big, fluffy biscuits. Cranberry apple butter. Very large breakfast portions. The hollandaise on my Southern Benedict was fluffy (fluffy!!!). Our server, Dave, was incredible. I can't wait to go back.

Loved the chicken sausage, moon dust potatoes and biscuits. Outdoor seating w/pleasant weather a plus. Only negative was the hot chocolate was just warm. Service was very good as well.

The place stays packed, which is a sign that it is a desirable place to eat. The wait time was not long, considering the amount of people waiting & that was a huge plus. The food was good! The Turkey Hash meal had great flavor and was very filling. The Manmosas were good too! Good customer service.
