Thought my wife and I would take a trip downtown Raleigh, NC and meet my daughter at her office and then go to lunch. She took us to the restaurant Sitti, which means Grandmother in Lebanese. When we walked in I thought the place out be outrageous in price, but we were pleasantly surprise. It was mid price, but nice... More

I want to love this place because of it's terrific downtown location on a key corner, nice comfy layout, handsome bar, and I love Mediterranean food. Sadly, it has disappointed me several times and I won't be going back. Last time I was there for an early business dinner. Not many people in the place. Waiter was very attentive at... More

I've been to Raleigh often lately and each time we eat at Sitti? Why because the food is so good. I know there are great restaurants in Raleigh but I like to go great ethnic places when I visit a bigger city and Sitti is my place to go. The Muhamra is delicious. I could bring home a quart of... Stumble into Sitti by chance while visiting downtown Raleigh and couldn't have chosen a better restaurant. Everything was perfect....the food, the wine, the ambience, service and management. The space is warm and inviting and there are two party rooms available for private functions. Don't miss this restaurant if you are in the area.

We chose one of the variety appetizer options and Lebanese beers and had a great meal. Much of what they have to offer is difficult to pronounce, but our tastebuds didn't care how we pronounce the food, only how it taste and sensational is way too simple a description. The hummus is unlike any of the commercial brands, thick, rich... More

I was planning a surprise birthday party for my husband for a group of 10 and turned to Trip Advisor for suggestions. The reviews for Sitti (the Lebanese word for *grandmother*) were outstanding and it appeared the restaurant efficiently handled larger groups. Trip Advisor's reviewers were spot on--again. The staffer who handled my reservation request was excellent. She made notes... More

This is fabulous restaurant in downtown Raleigh is run by two families who immigrated to NC years ago from Lebanon. The name, "Sitti", refers to the grandmothers - who, through their food and hospitality, keep families together, with love. The food is absolutely incredible! I've had Lebanese before, and the closest I've had to this good was a restaurant in... More

This was a great place for a business dinner. We had a group of 12 and for most people this was our first Lebanese Food Experience. I have to say that service was very good. About half of our group are vegetarians. I would highly recommend it for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The samplers provided 6 different items and all... More

The service was amazing. We were a large group of 16 people gathering for a family wedding. I was very impressed how friendly and helpful everyone was to us in both reserving the space and taking care of us for dinner. The food was good but not excellent. The decor was cool.

Had a great lunch today at Sitti. As always it was AMAZING. Plus the fall menu came out, so we got sweet potato pita with our regular fresh, oven baked pita! YUM!!! I highly recommend for the atmosphere and the fabulous food.
