My husband and I truly loved our stay at the BSB B&B. Every single person who worked there was so friendly! Our room was comfy and well equipped with all that we needed. We really enjoyed the atmosphere there. The food was always fantastic, and the owner always made sure to let us know that she would have a huge... More

We made a spur-of-the-moment reservation to stay for two nights at the lodge on a Monday and Tuesday, and didn't regret it for a second. The family that owns this business is so welcoming and friendly that we were immediately made to feel part of their group! Even though the restaurant is only open on weekends, we didn't go hungry... We thoroughly enjoyed being able to camp, zipline, play disc golf, enjoy great hospitality, and get shuttled to the brewery for a flight of locally made beer, a great trout po' boy and river tubing - all in one spot! Thanks for a great time!

We stayed two nights at the Bed and Breakfast in the back of the bar and restaurant, which is located alongside of a river. The hospitality was wonderful. The beer was fantastic. We had good food off of the menu, plus we enjoyed the best breakfast food this side of the Mississippi. The atmosphere was relaxed, quiet, charming, and picturesque.... More

Went for lunch on Sunday and so glad we did. The new place has only been opened for 10 days and you would never know it. The service was great and my husband and I both enjoyed it. We sat at the bar because there were no tables available inside. There are tables outside but you can't have alcohol outside.... More

Trillium and Lindsay were just wonderful! The beer was great. The service was perfect. We tried the trout pooboy and veggie beet burger. Both were very fresh and flavorful. The kitchen also has it going on! The seasoning on the sweet potato fries was really good. We are just thrilled to have a nice, new place to eat and have... More

Everyone was very polite and helpful. The area is so relaxing and the beer's good too. The bar was only open on the weekends, but all in all it's a great place.

Only bad thing is that they are only open Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Great food, a little pricey, but the food is really good. The beer is great. Eat right on the Toe River, very nice. Check out the Nachos.

My husband and I just spent a long weekend at Blind Squirrel. My 40th high school reunion was held here as well. What a wonderful stay, start to finish! Edie, Will and the entire staff are amazing. Great food, great beer and cider, and beautiful location all added up to a great little vacation. Will served up delicious breakfasts (omelets,... More

I often recall vividly so many wonderful meals in remote villages tucked into every corner of Italy during my many years living there. Dinner last evening at the Blind Squirrel was just as magical. We sat outside just above the stream with the mountains surrounding us. Our glasses of amber ale were perfect, the salad and entrée luscious and the... More

Thank you immensely for your great review! We often force ourselves to slow down and realize just how magical of a place Plumtree is; we tell people that we choose to live remotely, it is not by chance. We created our menu with the same attention to detail as we use to create our beers and are glad that you... More
