Good variety, reasonably priced. Eat in or take out. Strawberry cobbler, chicken salad and potato salad are outstanding.

I love to stop in and enjoy food here. It is simply friendly and I see many people I know enjoying a meal by themselves or with their families. Great place check it out.

This is the kind of restaurant where you order at the counter and then fix your drinks and wait for your food. The menu has a lot of sandwiches and some vegetables, too. The sweet tea is very good and they use the pellet ice which is always a treat when served! They have a full ice cream counter with... More

Lets start with the Crowded Parking lot that fooled me. I am still amazed that so many people were here and were actually ordering and eating here. I ordered a large plate and that came with BBQ, and 2 sides, I ordered Pintos and BBQ Slaw and it also comes with Hush puppies. OKAY here it comes - the BBQ... More

Their pulled pork BBQ sandwiches are to die for. My wife and puppy shared a hotdog and both loved it. Their homemade BBQ sauce is great on their pull pork sandwiches, a must try. If you're not into all the regular fast food joints, Aunt Bea's is just off the interstate. You are less than a block away to get... More

Clean, small-town 50s style diner with breakfast all day, classic NC BBQ, great salad, a huge selection of ice cream and local coffee. Everyone left feeling happy and satisfied!

We stopped here hoping Aunt Bea's was a quaint little diner, something you find in Mayberry. Turns out, they are just trying to capitalize on being in the area of Mt. Airy and have nothing to do with the TV show. This is just an average fast food place with average food. Employees aren't that friendly, either. Go the couple... More

Good food, decent choices of Ice Cream, Patrons varied from the local sheriff to college boys, Full portions sweet and unsweet tea - although one had choices for sweet tea, if you wanted unsweet tea you had to hunt down the dispenser

Stopped by for lunch while in town for volleyball. I got a small BBQ sandwich, fries and a drink. BBQ taste was good and moist, my fries were crispy and the staff is very friendly. I would eat here again if Income back to town.
