In town visiting the big Christmas light display. The place downtown we been in the past was closed on Sunday. Decided to give this place a try. Walking in, it smelled not so good. We decided to give it a chance - were hungry and from what we saw our only other option was Hardee's. We scoped out the buffet... More

You don't see places like this any more. Home cooking served buffet style. Good food, good service. Decor is nothing fancy, just the real deal. We enjoyed our meal there and definitely did not leave hungry. Side note: when I ordered chocolate milk, I got the biggest glass of milk I've ever had in a restaurant.

If you like country cooking with all of the mystery ingredients that may go along with that, this place is for you. If not, I advise to stay clear.

Stopped by for lunch. The vegetables were cold, the chopped steak tasted horribly freezer burned, and I have never been anywhere where the chopped steak came out chopped like sloppy joe. The salad bar was almost $6 and had 4 options to put on your salad. We won't be back

Grabbed a late breakfast at Cousin Gary's before heading on our Pilot Mountain hike. Didn't get there until after 11, but the breakfast buffet was still hot with a nice selection. Kids chowed down mostly on the biscuits and sausage gravy while my husband enjoyed their scrambled eggs, bacon, ham, spiced hot apple slices and peach cobbler. Delicious and service... More

This was a buffet style restaurant and service was excellent. They also have a menu available. Great choice of food, and the place was packed. Price was great. They have the best sweet tea ever!!!!.
