Ate there last night...great open air bar on the marina with wonderful views. Very nice. Sat at the bar as did others for drinks and dinner. Service s poor no bartender had ZERO personality or conversation to Island newcomer. Flies we also a nuisance. After about 20 minutes I asked to see a menu. Another 15 minutes went by before... We had lunch there yesterday 09-19-2016, and we're super impressed by the quaint waterfront location that married well with the delicious food served here. This place is a no frills Ocracoke open air landmark known for serving up great basic sandwiches, appetizers and drinks with attention to high quality and friendly service. Our burgers were simply delicious and the hand... More

Fresh fish, good craft beer and sunset views. Service can be a little spotty but totally recommend as long as you aren't looking for a fine-dining experience.

We have enjoyed this outdoor meal venue many times but always ordered seafood and mimosas. This time, back from shell collecting on Portsmouth Island, we were really hungry for a good burger. Captain Rudy, out Portsmouth Tour guide, recommended sMacNally's and he was on the money--great cheeseburger! I also love the curly fries.

We stopped in for lunch on a hot and humid afternoon. The place was busy and we had a short wait for a table. Besides being located outdoors right on the harbor this place welcomes dogs! Maggie was much happier being with us for lunch rather than being left in the house after spending 12 hours in the car plus... More

Nice location right on the pier with the fish being cleaned in view of your table. Can't get fresher than that. Got the fried shrimp and while there was a generous amount there wasn't much flavor. The fried potatoes were the best part of the meal.

Seafood is awesome. Burgers used to be a lot better... but still good. Scenery is second to none. Seating is at the stern of charter boats and breeze is off the water. Love it.

Yep. It's on the dock so I guess they get a pass on a few thing because of the atmosphere. Service isn't anything you should expect to be excited about. Don't expect anything but, island time. Slow service is the norm but, kick back and enjoy your view. Be sure you stop in at sunset. Nice cold beer and some... More

After taking the Hatteras to Ocracoke Island ferry and walking through the small village of Ocracoke we found a small restaurant named MacNally's. This is an outdoor restaurant but has many umbrellas. There is a small marina directly in front on Silver Lake.. The Marina and the view really set this restaurant apart from larger establishments. Menu features seafood, great... More

One of the best burgers I have ever had, the onion rings were very good also. Outdoor dining only, under umbrellas. We were the last customers served as a heavy rain came and they shut down. We had to move to the bar area under a tent to finish but it was worth the trouble.
