We stopped in on a whim. The food was very good. Our waitress was very nice and accommodating. I do wish there had been a few more choices, but prices were decent. Overall, it was a good experience!

Good Apple Pancakes. Potatoes included white, blue and sweet for a colorful dish. Service was efficient, if not overly friendly. Priced a little high for breakfast, but overall a good experience.

Service was a little slow at first. Our waitress didn't appear for about 5 minutes after being seated. After then service was good. Food was good. My wife enjoyed the adult grilled cheese. I had a po boy special that was good. Nice house converted to a restaurant nestled in shade trees

Stopped in for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. Seated right away and service was fantastic. Fried wontons and guacamole was great appetizers. Mac and cheese crab was great meal. Very large portion but allowed us to split it. Highly recommend for a great meal.

Dajios. Just the thought makes me happy. Incredibly delicious food is always guaranteed at Dajios. My husband and I take our kids every year to Ocracoke and carve out a date night at Dajios just for us. The hosts are wonderful and the food never disappoints. If you are looking for a creative twist on island cuisine you wont be... More

Stopped in on a whim. Admittedly the bar is hot - traps the heat, but outdoor seating available. However, if key west was on ocracoke island, this is what it would feel like. Food is both reasonable and quite good. Beer is cold. Live music at night, etc. Really unique spot with character. Would recommend it to anyone who finds... More

Finally tried it here and breakfast was wonderful! Creme Brulee French toast was out of this world! I need to find a recipe to make it at home!! The potatoes were some of the best I've ever had for breakfast. Fruit was fresh. Coffee was good. They will take reservations, which we appreciate. Fried green tomato sandwich and grilled cheese... This is the first place we stopped in Ocracoke. Our server was attentive and we all had one of the best meals of our trip. All 7 of us recommend this restaurant.

Our family of 4 visited and we're seated immediately. Our server was so friendly and helpful that it felt like we were her only table, but not in an overbearing way. She even walked to the restaurant next door because my daughter wanted spaghetti with regular red sauce which they don't serve here. I've never heard of service like that... More

This is one of our favorite restaurants when we are in the Outer Banks and we have never been disappointed. We sat inside, with air conditioning and white table cloths, which is a different experience than the more casual setting outdoors though I think the same menu is on offer. Best shrimp and grits appetizer we have ever had anywhere.... More
