On a hot day with a nice breeze, we stopped for lunch and a beer and so happy we did. Food is excellent and fresh and beer choices are plentiful. I will definitely make this my annual go to place!!

Super cool family style bar with decently priced food. The bbq sandwich was great, the conch fritters were scrumptious, and the tuna bites were delicious. The beer selection was great, and the prices were unbelievable. Plus great views of the ocean. Must go back!

We love this place, mostly because of the atmosphere, decent food and good selection of beers. There always seem to be people hanging out, playing good music, and often have live music. Great watching people fishing from the pier and swimming below. This is our favorite place to hang out while we're in the OBX, very few other places like... More

My wife and I love Fish Heads so much we are willing to brave the tourists and the traffic to go. This is unpretentious dining at is best. Simple: great food, excellent prices, great service and all right on the dock. Beautiful, good, and affordable, what more do you need. And by the way - great selection of ice-cold beers... More

Loved the location on the end of the pier with expansive open air views of the ocean and beach in all directions. Menu is basic, with some fresh fish options. Very inexpensive. My husband loved the fish sandwich - extremely fresh and cooked just right. I opted to a chili-dog ($3). Food is served in a basket, which is just... More

we usually go here at least once. The food is good, especially the peel and eat shrimp and the fries. Drinks are good. Perfect location on the pier and usually has live music when we have been there. Very relaxing time. Service can be very slow but friendly. To be fair, it has always been packed when we've been there.

Thank Iris M
