I went there several time with friends or co-workers and did not have a good experience on any of the trips. The service was very slow and not too friendly and the food was just average. Maybe that's why they are out of business now.

We have eaten here twice. The first time the food was so bad we left most of it on the plate. However that was right after the new owners took over. We decided to give it another chance. The same experience all over. Never again. You would think if you left your food and the waitress asked if you wanted... More

The outside of the restaurant was not as modern or sharp as most, however, the food was fantastic, the service was very good and the portion sizes were enough for two meals.

The sweet tea is really good. We had the Smith's captain combo, whole lot of food! We can't find food like this back home in New Hampshire.

This place has the best seafood around. I have always received top notch service, and great quality of food. The wait time is perfect as well considering the vast majority of the food has to be cooked to order.

All I am going to say is, I would be embarrassed to present the plate of food to a customer that I received tonight. I ordered the large captains broiled seafood platter which cost $16.49............yes $16.49.........what I received was not even fit for an animal. I wish I had taken a picture of the plate so everyone could see what... More

Had the Mayflower platter which included scallops, shrimp, flounder, ocean perch and deviled crab that came with your choice of sides and hush puppies, also tried the catfish which was surprisingly good. Our waitress never came by to ask how the food was or to offer to refill our drinks. As a matter of fact I had to go to... More
