Try the Fried Pork Chop - it was great. Nice small town diner in Mount Airy - aka Mayberry. It's a must do in the area.

If you are in Mayberry, you must have lunch at Snappys.. I believe the 6 of us ordered 4 different lunches and all were good. The BLT and the Porkchop Sandwiches are a must try. The Porkchops are HUGE!

We were advised by several to stop at Snappy Lunch and eat the pork chop sandwich. I had the chili on the side, but the pc with cole slaw was really good. The service was excellent and everyone was so friendly and gracious.
