Wow a dozen shrimp tasted fresh. An abundance of hush puppies. Good baked potato and slaw. Service was great even made a fresh pot of coffee. Left stuffed. Must return.

The limited menu makes hard to eat healthy here. There are very few broiled choices at lunch. The service varies from great to pretty bad. For fried food it's ok,

We ate here and the food was just ok, not great nor bad. Just ok. Large restaurant for big parties. Not a lot of selection and the steak is way over cooked.

Looking for good fish (and a lot of food) with friendly service? Harbor Inn in Morganton is the place. Of course, the cake is unreal.

Harbor Inn Seafood used to be the place to go for an excellent fish dinner or lunch and offers take out but the last year or two I have seen a decline in business and each time we go I hope for improvement but so far it hasn't happened I'm sorry to say.

We went while on a business trip and wanted a good dinner. My co worker got shrimp and white fish. The shrimp were not veined as advertised, as far as my meal I got a New York strip steak. However there is no way it was a New York strip more like the leftovers from a rump roast with no... More

I say "deceptive", because they do hush puppies differently than any place that I've ever eaten before. And I think they know that people aren't aware of what they're up to, so they use it to make a little extra money. Here's what I'm talking about.... ALL seafood places like this that I've ever been to, bring you out hush... More

I am always shocked at the amount of food you get on a plate here. This evening I even got a daily special and still had a full meal and full to go box left. My wife, my two children and I ate all we could hold and still walked out the door with three to go boxes full for... More
