Ordered rib eye steak and broiled scallops. Food arrived cold. $28 steak was only 1/4 inch thick and a lot of fat. $32 scallops were a bowl of tiny flavorless bay scallops. Server when past us numerous times before finally checking on us. Worst meal...we have had in a long time. Service and food were terrible.More

Was a go to place for us over many years. Seems to be a steady decline in quality and in reas in price over the last few years. Last week for lunch special was Fried bluefish. Not fully cooked and greasy and two plates with...drinks $36, total rip-off. Will be a while before we go back..More

This place seems to be using their name recognition to serve over priced food. The food was poorly seasoned and rather greasy. The portions were not that large and the tartar sauce was in quarter sized containers, with little flavor. The seafood sauce came in...a ketchup dispenser and that is what it tasted like. We have had much better at a well known chain seafood restaurant - and for a much cheaper price!More

Read the reviews and can't disagree with them, but it just wasn't as good as in the past. Hush puppies were hot and as good as ever. Wife's shrimp and grits were excellent, but my sautéed scallops were overcooked and served with a small side...salad that overall looked pretty scant for $27+. Arrived at 2:45 in time for the lunch menu but had to wait till after 3 and then told lunch choices (veggies) were not available. Additionally crabmeat, crab legs, oysters and several other items were not available. Sure hope the restaurant can return to its traditional good food and service.More

We were out boating for the day and docked here to eat dinner. Our server was very friendly. Our food order was filled fairly quickly and the food was delicious. We each ordered a different meal so we could try different dishes. All were cooked...well and delicious. The drinks were also tasty. We had a great water front view and could see where our boat was docked from where we ate. Overall a great experience.More

Have been eating here for 70 years. Always good and the service is always great. Ordered the crab/shrimp stuffed baked potato. Delicious and so was the squash casserole. As always, the hush puppies were to die for. You can't go wrong!

We used to eat there many times but this visit was our last meal there. Flounder was really fishy tasting and the oil that it was flied in must have been from 1962. My crab cake wasn't any better. SURE WISHED THAT I READ THEIR...REVIEWS PRIOR TO DINING THERE!! 10 years ago it was very special to eat BUT NOT NOW!!More

Fish tacos with unidentifiable chucks of fish like substance. Scallops were bland, lacking any flavor, and were over cooked. If fresh delicious seafood is what you desire, seek else where.

Food doesn’t taste like fresh seafood. My shrimp burger was delivered cold on a stale roll. Onion rings were cold as well. The Chicken Parmesan was not bad considering this is a seafood restaurant. Peel and eat shrimp was the only thing to say was...very good. The waitress wasn’t any good. I don’t plan to revisit this place for anything other than drinks and maybe peel and eat shrimp to watch the boats go by at a high top table.More

For the price paid per dish, one would expect either decent food or a decent amount of food, and we received neither. Food was either overcooked or bland. Scallops were rubbery and overdone. The salad dressing was pure vinegar. Should have read the reviews before...coming but our Dad insisted it was a good place, and now he's never allowed to choose dinner again. If you're the restaurant and reading this, fix yourself. What you're doing is a culinary crime on top of robbery. Just do better.More

No steamer pots. Most all seafood selections are local catch and fresh. Don't pass this place up. Try the shrimp salad, I buy it by the quart to take to my mom. But keep it on ice.
