I'm picky about mexican food and have only had a couple of favorite restaurants in town. Was really glad when this one opened down the street. While it isn't the best mexican around, it is very good. Cheese dip is always piping hot, food is plentiful and the staff is always so nice.

We had dinner there tonight and the only positive thing I can say is that they were consistently bad. The service, the cheese dip, the chips, the salsa, the beans, the enchiladas. I will not be back, there are too many other Mexican choices that are good.

Shocker, we actually got a bonafied Mexican Food place in Mint Hill, and it's awesome. The staff are as ethnic as the food, and speak English very well. Their salsa is great, chips yummy, and they have a Mariachi band on a particular night. I forget which. My family has been coming to this restaurant as it has gone through... More

one of the best mexican spots I have found in Charlotte and usually a few dollars less for any given meal. Great place, great food

This is simple mexican food...but absolutely done so well and with for such good prices. They even will alter your orders! Like for me, I wanted shrimp chimichangas which are not on the menu, but they were happy to make it and didnt charge me an arm and a leg for the shrimp add on. So good, every single time!

The service was very good. Although I was a fan of salsa and chips, theirs were not my favorite. My husband has had the chicken chimachanga and really enjoyed it. I have had several different burritos from their menu and like all of them. I am not a fan of mexican rice, so I am not a good judge of... More

The salsa tasted like it was out of a can and the chips had more broken pieces than whole pieces. The food tasted like frozen they heated in the microwave. I didn't like this place at all.

As an alternative to cooking dinner, l caved and decided to get some Mexican Food. I guess my tastes are keen as after having food in San Antonio, Los Angeles, or Costa Rica, my expectations have increased. Understanding that Mexican Restaurants around the Charlotte, Concord, Matthews and Monroe area are very lackluster and to me unappealing. Wife got Tostada and... More

The service was fine and our waiter was very attentive (albeit it wasn't particularly busy) but I was disappointed by the food. Everything was just sort of ..... bland. I also had been very much craving some good guacamole and was extremely disappointed with the what could only have been canned guacamole that was served. It had the consistency of... More
