this is the best place to get pancakes and breakfast in the area. there prices are not bad considering you get a lot of food and are full well into the afternoon. i have always gotten the chocolate chip pancakes and they have always been exceptional. there are a couple older ladies that work there that are snooty and rude... So I heard from a reliable source that grew up in Maggie Valley that this place is a breakfast tradition! She worked at Joeys Pancake House as her first job and said the owners are great people. Let me tell you the staff was amazing!! The food fresh and the Country Eggs Benedict a must. Was tasty but not greasy,... More

The breakfast was good; The hash browns were a cheesy kind, and they were very Yummy! I wanted fruit with my breakfast but they did not do substitutions, and I'm actually glad... More

Had a good breakfast in a nice, clean atmosphere and the service was good. Open 7 to noon, daily except Thursdays. Good grits, only $1.89 for coffee.

Been eating there and enjoying their food since they opened their doors! Anytime I'm in the Maggie's Valley area I'm going to Joey's Pancake House. They have a wonderful staff also. Check it out, I'm sure you'll enjoy the food also!

My Wife's Sister and her Husband came over from Chesterfield,Va. for the weekend. They love it over here and we love having them. We were on our way to the Great Smokey Mountain Park Monday and we went through Maggie Valley. We knew we better stop for Breakfast somewhere first and just happened to drive by Joey's. There was a... More

Clean and tastefully decorated, each wall boasting of memories of the business since its inception in 1966. The servers were delightful and very efficient. We had pancakes alongside a bacon/egg breakfast. Every bite was delicious. (If you're a fan of grits, these were definitely not instant!) The coffee was so good! One place every trip we make to Maggie Valley... More
