Food was not up to the standard of other fatz we have dined at. Server seemed stoned. Grits dried out. Ribs sauce was not good, burger dried out, desert a disappointing. We will not be back.

We were visiting family in the area and tried FATZ cafe. My girlfriend had the Calabash Chicken and thought it was very good. She is a tomato soup fan and claims FATZ's is the best she has ever had. It was REALLY great. I had the 1/3rd rack of ribs, six jumbo shrimp and a side (mashed potatoes). It was... More

We try and hit Fatz about once per month. Good food at a reasonable price! Stays busy and seems to be family oriented.

This was my first visit to a FATZ restaurant & I was pleased with the meal. The restaurant was busy but I was seated immediately. Service was very good & the atmosphere was upbeat...not too noisy. Since it was my first opportunity, I had to try the Calabash Chicken which was tender, moist and tasty. I liked it and would... More

Conveniently located just off of US 321 this Fatz Restaurant is well worth a visit. The food is good and the prices are reasonable. The loaded potato soup is top notch.

My wife and I eat here 3 to 4 times a month plus we order take out often also. We have never been let down at Fatz. All the food from breakfast to sandwiches, to steaks or seafood has been very tasty and of fine quality. The prices are affordable but not economically priced for average families of four or... We have eaten in this Fatz many times and the only consistent thing I can say about it is how inconsistent it is. My husband loves the calabash chicken, which the original, is very good. But the new menu isn't very good. I ordered bourbon calabash chicken as my entrée, with a side salad and collard greens, my husband ordered... More

This would not have been my first choice, but my local friends wanted to come here so we did. The place was actually very busy and seemed to function well, but service was slow and the food took too long to be served. As I said on the title, it was OK but nothing special. It was average with hints... More

I never used to be impressed with Fatz, but lately their food and service have both increased in quality. Beware if you get the fried bologna though...it's completely black on the outside! (Eww)
