Simple Nonsense

Looking for breakfast and nothing fancy, just good food. Then Stackm'High is your kind of place. Grits are just the right consistency and delicious. Eggs cooked to order. Fast, polite service with a Southern accent. This is a place with regulars, who eat there every day.

My husband really wanted to go here since he'd been before with some of his friends while they were all single some years back. The food was good and you got a lot of it. The pancakes were tasty but I'm not sure why it was so hyped up. Prices were average, I didn't feel like I was getting a... More

Myself and family members visited for breakfast and had the best breakfast ever there. The staff is also very helpful. We had pancakes, biscuits, gravy, bacon and the best Country Ham Omelet ever. The prices were excellent for our budget too. Loved it!

Really terrific food here. It's not a hole in the wall, but it's pretty dated. But, it's clean and the waitress we had was a real gem. Very sweet foreign girl with a beautiful smile. She was definitely 5 stars. The food is pretty reasonable too. 60 bucks for 5 of us and we are till we were stuffed.

Saw a lot of cars on the lot and figured that was a good sign. Thi is a cafeteria style restaurant where you place your order then they bring you food to your table. Nothing special about the food, just an average breakfast. The selection is great with many choices and the staff is very attentive and pleasurable. All in... More

My husband and I stopped in for breakfast and didn't realize it was cafeteria style. Would have preferred a sit-down restaurant. But it was fine. Very cheery and attentive staff. We had omelets and they were fine. Not fancy. Hash browns were homemade and a bit too salty for our tastes, but probably fine for most folks. Would go back,... More

My children love this place, it's a must do! The service and hospitality are great! The country ham and grits will make you slap your mama! The pancakes no matter the combination, always delish! The red flannel hash at the other location.. Incredible!

Tried Stack Em High, and every person from our large group thought what they'd chosen was really delicious, even though we all ordered different things. Extremely attentive and kind staff, repeatedly checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed, even though this restaurant is sort of set up as cafeteria style. Portions were plentiful, and we felt... More

My husband and I ate there two days in a row for breakfast. My husband had crab in an omelet. Really stuffed with crab -excellent !!! I had crab cakes for breakfast with a side order of pumpkin pancakes. Absolutely wonderful. It was pricey but we did order crab. The next day we just had pancakes and waffles. Also excellent... This is a family run restaurant which is very busy. The service was good and the prices reasonable. There were plenty of items to chose from, the coffee was hot and plentiful, and the staff was friendly. We felt the pancakes were on the thin side but they were tasty.
