I travel all the time and have never heard of this chain. Amazing food, with a huge menu. Everything we had was good. Recommend RIBS and the wings were very good as well.

We usually eat here about once a week. The menu has everything from salads to subs all the way to wings. They have great specials for kids on Monday night to. There are only a few good places to have a sit down meal in King, east Coast is one of them. Look forward to eating here every Friday.

East Coast Wings has okay food, nothing to write home about. The largest problem that I have is that they are way over priced. There are days when you can catch a deal and order wings for 50 cents and what not, but let's say you dont want wings. You want a wrap. A buffalo chicken wrap which is not... More

Good wings. Entirely too many sauce choices but I guess variety is a good thing. Hot does not appear to be very spicy at all. Service was good.

We have dined in many times and also placed several to go orders here. Their wings are always good, and most importantly our take out orders have been correct each time. If you haven't tried their carnival fries, you are truly missing out. They are funnel cake fries with powdered sugar and are served with raspberry, chocolate or caramel dipping... More

The food at this location had always been pretty good but the service is terrible. 3 times they have left a side out of our take out order. Also, someone doesn't know the difference between ranch and bleu cheese. And absolutely do not try the Turkey Avocado Melt - awful. The wings are awesome but I would rather starve than... More

A ba-zillion flavors to choose from, The best French Dip Sandwich, Ice Cold Beer, and Funnel Fries with Chocolate sauce. Yes, Kids Eat Free on Wednesdays also. Parking is tight, but it is good food. Give it a shot.

We dined at the East Coast Wings in Mount Airy and let me tell you that they have the best selection of wings, and at the best price too! Hubby and I love going here and do so frequently.

For a while there, I was worried about this little place but with new owners and a re-energized staff, it has really become a family favorite. Sometimes the place gets so busy that service is a little slow in response (but not much!) but our food is typically on the great side. There's something for everyone. The boys always the... More

I love the remodel , now with a small bar area. The wing sauce selection is better than any other wing joint I have ever been in for sure, the Teri-Ginger-Garlic is awesome! The wings are big and juicy and the selection of sides are pretty good too, get the homemade chips extra crispy!
