Stopped in late afternoon because I had seen on DDD. We sat at the bar and had a beer. My wife sat there for 20 minutes and no one asked if she wanted anything else. Beers were average.

Foodie pizza at its best. Olive oil, tomatoes, pepperoni, sausage, fresh ingredients, ultra thin, absolute heaven in an area of fried hell. And the fish and chips were lightly breaded, fresh, and the tartar was delicious. Kudos!!

Stopped in after a day of site seeing and this place nailed it. Great burger and drinks, Tiffany is excellent, and we had some interesting cocktails. The place was busy, but service was fast and personal and on point. Another great find.

We visited this place on 09/18/2022 while in town. Upon entering, we were promptly seated. I had a cherry type beer and an IPA from this month’s list. They were both delicious. We decided to eat dinner here instead of going elsewhere. We had the...pretzel, which was pretty good, for an appetizer. Buttercup ordered the bratwurst. That was pretty good as well. They had a Sunday special for wings, $10.99/dozen, which seemed pretty good. They really didn’t have regular wing flavors for this special. I had seen someone’s order and the wings were a nice size. Due to the limited flavor selection, I ordered one dozen cajun and one dozen bbq mango habeñero. When they came out, the habeñero order was only 10 wings instead of 12. The waitress apologized and brought out two more. I’ll start by saying that unless you like the skin on your wings soft and mushy, you should probably ask to have them fried crispy. Something I should have done. The cajun flavor even wasn’t remotely spicy like one would expect something labeled “cajun” to be. The bbq mango habeñero sauce seemed like regular sweet bbq sauce with a very short lived spiciness. Our waitress seemed to be waiting on the whole restaurant, but she was nice. She wasn’t bad nor was she exceptional. In our opinion, the wings fell short of our expectations. The beer was good and the service was just above average. While we would stop here for beer again, I doubt we would order any other food. After all, this is a brewery first and not a restaurant primarily.More

Great food and drinks. Was lovely to sit in the outdoor area and relax. Food was delivered quickly and was delicious! Always a great choice.

The experience was a wonderful one, if you are a beer lover, you need to try the various brews. Food was very good, presentation was appealing and the server was attentive to our needs. The atmosphere was fun, light and clean. Overall the time we...spent was well worth the trip.More

Food was ok, beer was ok, nothing really stood out. We had to wait for a table; It wasn't bad but I have no reason to return.

Two of our fish dinners were very dry and overcooked, fries are your basic frozen variety, and overall the food is bland and not worth the price. The staff was super friendly though and our server was wonderful. Doubt we’ll go back next year. There...are just too many other, better places.More

We enjoy doing local breweries, and this one is wind powered! We loved the roasted red ale and the cream ale, and the kids couldn’t get enough of the homemade cream soda. The burgers, fish and chips, and pretzels were all great, too.

Eric, our tour guide, was so passionate about what he does! I have done several tours of bourbon & rum distilleries but never a beer brewery before. It was so hands on learning about different barleys, hops & the brewing processes, how certain carbon dioxide...helps to pressurize the beer, what the difference in lagers & ales are, differences in porters & stouts. The tasting afterwards was enhanced by what was learned during the tour. I highly recommend it!More

We hadn't been to Nags Head in years and were there quasi-off-season in early-mid May during a stormy week. This was the first restaurant we ate at upon our arrival on a Sunday and my first impression wasn't a good one, as our shoes stuck...slightly to the floor and made sticking noises as we walked through the restaurant to our table. The table was also kind of sticky/tacky. The restaurant wasn't crowded and they spaced the customers throughout the restaurant, which I appreciated in these pandemic times when some restaurants will close a section and put everyone in a small area, close together. The menu is varied and I asked about a special offered that had spiced veggies with beef - wondering if you could get it without the veggies, as I'd had a bad gastro virus 2 weeks prior and my stomach was still very sensitive. Alas, that wasn't possible - apparently the beef and veggies were cooked together. I then asked if I could get the Yard Bird Chicken Sandwich without the cilantro aioli. The waitress said yes, but from that point forward, acted as if I was a crazy lady, though I'm not sure why and it was somewhat offensive because I didn't think my demeanor or what I'd asked was outrageous. The food was better than I expected but didn't inspire us to return again, as some other restaurants we tried that week did. All in all, it was good food for a pub or microbrewery, where food can be a second priority to the beer.More

A good variety of their own beer and food options make this a great place for craft beer lovers. I sat at the bar and was greeted by Travis as he laid out the food menu and lunch specials menu. I got a beer and...the pulled pork bbq plate. From where I sat I had a good view of the open kitchen which looked clean with everyone working together for the lunch crowd. Food came out quick. If you like the sweet, tomato base BBQ sauce you may not like the Carolina vinegar, but I thought it was delicious. Came with tasty Cole slaw and wedge cut fries. I couldn't finish it. Finished my beer outside. Really nice area with outside bar, picnic tables, stage for live music and a big pirate ship for the children to play on. Plenty of corn hole, too. Highly recommend this place. Full bar, not just beer.More

The food was good and our server was friendly and took good care of us. Portions were sized well and food choices were average pub food. The beer selection was stellar, however the presentation of the flight samples was lack luster to say the least.

We went in early Oct and weather was nice so we elected to eat outside. At the time table service was inside only and outside you would go up to the bar and order drinks and food. The drinks you get and when food is...ready they would bring it out from the kitchen. The bar server and wait staff were. As far as the food I would say it was okay I was expecting maybe a little better based on the reviews. The beer was fine but it American style brews which to me are a little hoppy. It was good. Not sure I would try again.More

We stopped at this brewery for our anniversary while vacationing in Kill Devil Hills. The food came in large portions, was hot, and very tasty. The prices were also reasonable for the amount of food you get. I tried the fall beer and it was...excellent. Would definitely return to this establishment if we ever visit the Outer Banks again. One of our best meals on our trip.More
