Everything is delicious. You should try this place! Our whole family went back this year because the last vacations visit was so amazing. Pricey but very worth the treat!

Very nice restaurant, nice ambiance, very popular - make a reservation! One caution - another review said there are nice views; and there are nice views of the grounds and gardens, but not of the ocean or the sound.

This restaurant always seems to be the favorite on the outer banks. My husband and I thought the food was average, nothing really special to distinguish it from other restaurants. We much prefer the restaurants in Duck and Corolla and Ocean Boulevard in Kitty Hawk.

This is by far the best restaurant in OBX. Excellent food & service, every single time we've been there, throughout the years. Tucked away in Colington Harbour, it's an escape from all of the crowds. Make sure that you skip lunch and save room for...More

Every year we go to the Colington Cafe and are never disappointed. The atmosphere is completely unlike all the other restaurants along route 158. Quieter and more sophisticated-- excellent service by trained and knowledgeable hostess and waiters, amazing menu. The specials always win the day,...More

Description
Nestled off the beaten path in a Victorian house surrounded by 400 year-old oak trees, we are a local's favorite. Our seafood is brought in fresh daily, and we use locally grown ingredients. All the locals love our filet dishes as well as our large menu. All desserts are homemade. We are a family run restaurant with most of our staff having been with us for over 15 years. We do everything to make sure all of our customers leave happy.
