This place has alot to offer, we had some drinks, some appetizers, and enjoyed our time here. Service was decent, from the host,to the barkeep, to our server LaLa. Fortunately for us our timing was good and they weren't super busy. Also nice dining room...area, even though we were seated at a table near the bar.More

We have been eating here every year for 20 plus years and love it! This time we went in on a Wednesday evening there were 6 of us. We sat in the bar area where we always sit and we’re handed menus and told to...order drinks at the bar by a male waiter/manager not really sure He told us he didn’t have enough server so it would be a while before they could take our order which we said would be fine we were only ordering bar food he then came back 10 minutes later and told us that bar seating was not first come first serve you had to wait to be seated so we had to get up and move but we can wait for a seat Ummm you gave us menus??? And 15mins later say that. Worst customer service ever!!! The bartenders were absolutely rude also and could have cared less to help anyone unless sitting right at the bar even when there were ppl waiting trying to order drinks while waiting tooMore

$21 grande margarita had all of four oz of liquid. Mostly ice. Food was adequate. Service fine, but not friendly. Small and loud. Very small portions. Won’t be returning!!

20+ years. We we’re so disappointed!!! Treated Rudely. We look forward to our OBX vacation and Chili Peppers once a year. We have done apps and drinks for 20+ years here. We love supporting the local business. We sat at the cool 4 top in...the var area. Manager recommended we order from the bartenders. When we said we were looking for drinks and apps they re-directed us back to the manger. He advised us he did not have a server for us. We were just looking for drinks and appetizers. Managers brought us menus for us to order. Wait he came back 5 minutes later and said the table is a dinner table and asked us to get up.?.?.?. We were so confused.More

We stopped by about 12:45 PM on a Saturday afternoon in early April. Attentive service from the start. The She Crab soup, hushpuppies, and coleslaw were outstanding. I am not a big fan of coleslaw, but this was the best I have had. Lauren was...very attentive and friendly. Highly recommended.More

Several internet searches for Happy Hour places in OBX mentioned Chili Peppers and their delicious smoked wings. What I didn't know was that info was old...My husband really enjoys smoked wings so we stayed for a beer and the wing appetizer. The wings were just...okay; only a hint of smoke and quite fatty. The menu didn't have prices so we were shocked to find out they were $15.99 for 10 wings. "Market Price" $29+ tax & tip for 2 bottles of beer and 10 wings. What a rip off. Be aware, internet info is not always accurate, especially on restaurant menus in the OBX.More

My daughter & I stopped because we were a bit peckish from all the shopping we had done. We got the nachos with the slow cooked pulled chicken & also the Boom-Boom shrimp. Both were great. The sauce for the boom-boom shrimp was just right,...not too sweet with just the right amount of tang. The Nachos were delicious & huge. Remember I warned you. I also had a key-lime marguerita which was very yummy & did taste of key lime. We were there on a Sunday & they had brunch options that looked very good.More

Lunch here and I read reviews and they were decent so decided to try it out. The service was friendly enough, although a little slow. I had a fajita plate and the beans were just not good and the chicken was tough/overcooked. The veggie burrito...that one in the party ordered was so so strange, it had huge chunks of broccoli, cauliflower and carrots. She did not care for it. We decided on this place as it was vegetarian friendly, but none of us cared for anything we ordered, would not try this place again.More

Due to staff shortages, we ended up here and were so very happy with the staff, the meal which was very large portions with moderate prices. A must do place to eat.

Many restaurants in OBX are experiencing shortage of staff, early closure all summer this year. After going to our favorite restaurant and facing a long wait, we explored, getting same story everywhere. We stopped here and never knew it was here. OMG what a cute...little place with amazing cuisine from around the world. Portions are large so bring your A game.More

Noisy busy place. Food was average to good. Crab dip was great. No social distancing. Some staff wore masks. Worth a try during a less busy time of day.

The place was very busy, so we were expecting more. The website mentioned 1/2 price wine on Mondays, but at the restaurant they said this was only in the off season (on the website listed as today's special). I ordered a margarita, she crab soup...and crab cakes. The margarita was average, the she crab soup was very good. but the crab cakes were a big disappointment - mostly filling with no lump crab to be found. My wife said the seafood enchiladas were good. At $100+ for two, I would suggest trying another place.More

I would recommend going here on vacation. Meals were very good. Seafood enchiladas were excellent and fish tacos were pretty good. All beers were served in cans or bottles and with prices of food a glass or draft would have been nice
