As far as buffets go... It's ok. As far as quality food, it's not good. Scallops were like rubber and shrimp tasteless. If you enjoy eating a lot of food without much care of how it tastes then this is the place. Dessert was the best part of the meal. Won't be back.

Several in our group hadn't ever been to Cpt George's before so we had to let them experience the fantastic buffet. Not only was this location's food all prepared perfectly, the servers were even better! We were treated like royalty and left completely satisfied. We would definitely recommend this location but be ready to eat!

My wife LOVES crab legs and can really put them away so we try to find an all you can eat every chance we get get. Sometimes this results in so-so seafood. Captain George's was an exception. They have a very, very wide selection and everything tasted fresh and cooked just right.

Very nice inside and out. The service was great. The food was great. It kind of reminded me of a calabash. Everything from salads to seafood and many desserts. Food galore. It can get very loud at times. We went there two times during our visit to the Outer Banks. Will be going back in the future. Try and get... More

We went about an hour after they had opened and had no wait time. There were no lines to the food either. Towards the end of our dinner, though, it got pretty busy, people started lining up for the crab legs. Our server was very friendly and welcoming. The buffet is very good with an abundance of crab legs, blue... More

This was my first visit. I arrived at 4pm on a weeknight and the place was already packed. My waiter, Connor, was pleasant and attentive. I had the buffet, which was $32.99. They seemed to push the buffet rather than ordering off of the menu, which is understandable. I tried a bunch of different things and thought the food was... More

We arrived at 630 pm on a Wednesday to find the restaurant packed and a wait time of 1hr. We were able to wait at the sports bar and enjoy their great selection of specialty drinks. The wait was only 45 min. We all had the seafood buffet and the staff was very attentive to our needs. A great family... More
