What a great place! For a small town Kernersville has really done itself proud with this comfortable and stylish Mediterranean leaning establishment. We were there for dinner on a Tuesday night a week or so ago and surprised by the inventiveness and variety of the menu. I started off with the gazpacho and have to say it was the best,... More

This is our new celebration restaurant! It's tucked away off the main street and makes us feel like we are in a European bistro. The menu is extensive and we try at least two new tapas each time we go. However, there are so many that we like, it's hard to choose what one not to order. The Fire and... More

My wife and I have been here several times and always enjoy it. There menu has a lot of choices, tapas and full plates. I would highly recommend having the waiter guide your experience by having them bring you their favorite dishes paired with wine... Very enjoyable! A unique restaurant for a night out in K-Vegas, wish it was in... More

Tucked away in a quiet mews in a quiet village, this restaurant surprised with both the extent and quality of its tapas menu. Likewise, the wine list was comprehensive and inclusive of good but not over priced offerings from France, Italy, Spain, Australia, New Zealand and South America as well as those from The Napa Valley and Oregon. Stand out... More

Met a friend at Bistro B's for a nice quiet lunch. Wonderful experience from the time we walked in the door. Courtney found us a lovely glass of pinot Gris and then walked us through the lunch specials and menu. We started with the soup of the day and salad. Then our main courses were the Mole and Carpaccio. The... More

Our server Taylor was extremely knowledgeable attentive courteous and efficient. All of the staff was excellent as the matter of fact. Please do not trash this place if your idea of highbrow is the most expensive thing on the menu at Olive Garden and the House Wine.. What they are doing there is nothing short of excellent and to keep... More

This chef knows how to bring it. If your palate looks for adventures you've found a home. Bistro B features a huge selection of Mediterranean-Spanish tapas. Make a dinner of two or three, or more. Service was great. They weren't terribly busy so we had excellent service. Our server was extremely knowledgeable of the menu and made numerous helpful suggestions.... More

Since my last review, this restaurant has sorely disappointed me. We went for a wine dinner (we even brought friends) -- and we ordered several bottles of the wine we sampled, which means that they would make even more profit off of us. We paid for the wine up front - and the order was apparently lost. I must have... More

Had lunch with friends, and was excited about our choice... until lunch was served. My disclaimer for this review is that the only cuban sandwich I have ever had I made myself with deli ham and home smoked pork butt. Cubans are one of my favorite sandwiches so I liked seeing it on the menu here. It sounded delectable but... More

This place is a real ‘find’ . . . literally. Knowing the address to be 126 S. Main Street, Kernersville, NC, we set our GPS and missed the place several times before my wife called Bistro B to get fine-tuned directions. We were expecting a street front façade; however, Bistro B is actually located in an alley between S. Main... More
