We enjoyed a meal at Wolfgang's, and given the reviews I was expecting a lot in terms of service and the meal. The hostess was very friendly, but wait staff merely polite at best. Our meals were tasty with generous servings, but given the prices and reviews I think I expecting to be really wowed by service and meal preparation... More

My shrimp and grits was full of interesting flavors, cajun shrimp over asiago grits with smoked collard greens. No one bite was overpowering of the other, each was interesting all on its own. Inside and outdoor dining is available and there is a lighter menu available in the bar as well as regular dinner entrees.

We enjoyed our dinner here and sat on the outside patio. The restaurant is very casual, and the food and staff were great! you can get German food (which I love) as well as more standard fare. We would definitely return if ever in Highlands again.

We were escorted to the wine room, a private room lined with wines. Plenty of room to get up and move about. We were there with great friends and family following our daughter's wedding the day before. The wait staff gave us the specials of the day and we placed our wine orders. From the start the waitress let us... More

I was expecting quite a bit more. Service was a bit slow and the meal while described well lacked a freshness that would have met the description. Perhaps, I just had a different experience because in times past, the food has been terrific.

In town for only a day so showed up for dinner with no reservation. The great thing about this restaurant is the offer first come seating at the bar and Bistro section area. Sat at the bar, and shared the braised beef short ribs, Sharing was perfect, way more than enough for two, great bartender (Jessie). Reservations next time!

Highly popular for very good reasons--delicious food, extraordinary staff, and a delightful chef who makes the rounds to visit with his customers. Can't be beat.

Let me first say Wolfgang ' s is a wonderful restaurant....certainly in the top 2 or 3 in Highlands. Tonight they were very busy so maybe a little slack is deserved. That said, the food was slow getting to us and I have to say I was disappointed in my dinner. My favorite here is the short rib . Tonight... More
