Great food, even better service and clean. No complaints at all and I'm the toughest to please in a restaurant. I eat here normally once a week and love it. Amazing place to eat and socialize!

Lexington style BBQ with generous portions and no skimping on the fat and sugar in the sides. Great hush puppies and mega sweet tea...ask for half and half tea.

Went here for lunch based on previous reviews. Kids had burgers which were good. I realized I don't like north carolina style chopped pork but my husband thought it was really good. The ribs were good though. The interior feels like you are stuck in the 60's. The fries were the thick freezer vetsion and the mac n' cheese felt... More

This place is very popular with working people in High Point, its almost like joining a club if your local. Food is mostly southern comfort food.BBQ is average and I don't think its smoked, I had the tray and found it a little dry. Deserts are ;homemade and cakes a specialty.

Price is right, service is good. We prefer breakfast from Carter Brother's...the bbq is okay, but nothing special in NC.

Carter Brother's is a typical country cooking BBQ restaurant with 2 locations in High Point. The BBQ is flavorful and filling, and the house hot sauce is just hot enough and has excellent flavor. They offer a variety of sides, but my favorites are the crinkle fries and hush puppies. They also have Cheerwine from the soda fountain, and offer... More

The food at this place is phenomenal! I had the pulled pork platter with red slaw, macaroni and cheese and hush puppies. This was my first time having red slaw and it was amazing. I also had the Devils food cake. It was seriously the most moist cake I ever had in my life. So delicious! I can't stop wondering... More
