The hotdogs are nothing special. I primarily go when the overflow at Hot Dog World is too long.
They advertise New York Cheesecake which is served frozen. Tough to enjoy frozen cheesecake.
The staff is friendly but the product is just average.

Best hog dog I’ve had in about 6 years or since I retired to Florida. Where I retired to, if you ask for a hot dog with onions, slaw and chili, they try to Baker Act you. Lol (look it up folks, I don’t have time to explain it.) Great hot dogs and hand cut fries. Great customer service.

My wife and I have had the Greek salad with marinated chicken on it a number of times here. We both agree it is one of the best greek salads we have ever tasted, including our travels in Greece!.. The marinated chicken is their own receipe and it tastes fantastic. We have had their hot dogs and other items on the menu and it all tastes great. The owner is always friendly and always asks if we enjoyed the meal. We highly recommend this hidden gem!

I had eaten here awhile back ( fried chicken salad) and enjoyed it. Today’s visit was a somewhat of a disappointment. Seeing a line to order, I was encouraged that the quality was still good. However, when I received my order- just a simple hot dog with trimmings, I saw a dog that was maybe 5 “ long ($2.79). When ordering a drink- I ordered a Diet Coke- I was given an empty cup and went to the self serve station. No Coke products, or Pepsi available. Unsweetened tea was not available.
Total cost was $5.83. So, I was a bit disappointed on this visit. Next time, I will go back to the salad.....good variety on the menu, but it is called Great American Dog. On the plus side, the pepper relish was very tasty. And I was encouraged that a local place seems to have survived the pandemic.

I'm a local and oftenn visit weekly before I go grocery shopping at the nearby Publix. It's a small, very clean, well-lit place with a friendly owner/cook/waiter serving a limited menu right out of the kitchen. While scrumptious hot dogs are #1, fish/seafood is a close 2nd. The prices do seem a bit high for such quick, simple food.

Had a full bodied clam roll w slaw and a drink. $25! Most clams too tough to chew—and there were barely a half to 3/4 of a cup total. In addition the slaw was so hard it couldnt b chewed either. Definitely overpriced and underwhelmed! BTW the lobster roll is now $30! Not a place I wld return to with no atmosphere on top of poor food. Much better choice is Bay Breeze where pricing similar but u get more than u can eat is delicious and even order a glass of wine! To anyone considering this establishment I suggest not wasting your money!

Honestly the food is really gross and very overpriced. 2 hotdogs, a cheeseburger, 2 drinks and a fry was $33. We couldn’t even finish our food. The hotdogs had some weird skin on them and were overall unappetizing, the burger was rubbery, fries undercooked. The best part were the fountain drinks.

Just go here! Don't go for the hotdogs, or burgers. Get the Seafood! Specifically the whole belly clams. They are flown in fresh year round! Literally melted in my mouth. I will stop here every time I am in the area! Nice friendly people too!

A great find! Looking for a good hot dog after a day in downtown. This ended up being a nice find. Our group had dogs, hamburgers and chicken tenders. The homemade french fries were amazing. The variety on the menu was nice we will have to try something new next time! What really topped it off was good service from a friendly staff!!

The food was awesome! I had a hot dog & snack shrimp with fries and absolutely loved it. The owner was friendly and took time to speak for a moment during a small down time he had. This was a good find for me in Hendersonville, I’ll for sure be back!

The only place around with Full Belly Fried Clams, and they were wonderful! The Lobster Roll was also great! Our friends had a salad with chicken and had no complaints.

The hot dogs were ok onion rings were delicious but the fries were burnt and for $4.50 I got sixteen one inch burnt fries. Won’t waste anymore money on this place.

This place is as informal as can be, but the food is super tasty, the location is easy to find and has plentiful parking, and the owner is the friendliest guy you'll ever meet.

My wife & I have not been here since before Crazy-19 hit the world in 2020. We were recently disappointed by a lobster roll we had gotten elsewhere at a food truck, and we thought we remembered this place offered the same. Sooo... we went back to give it a try.
At first I was taken aback at seeing a $ 26.99 price listed for a lobster roll basket (includes slaw and a "side.") But my wife & I decided to "go for it." Besides, we haven't eaten out much in the past 2 1/2 years, and with inflation growing, maybe the price posted is simply competitive.
Well lemmetellya... the lobster rolls were, as Andy Griffith used to say on TV many years ago... "Mmmm Mmmm GOOD!" Oh! My wife & I both opted for onion rings as our "side." Golly! Those were REAL onion RINGS... and, yes, they also were "Mmmm Mmmm GOOD!"
The place has a "bare bones" (but PATRIOTIC!) decor. And, to be honest, they DO have a varied menu if you want various types of hot dogs, burgers, sandwiches... and GOOD SEAFOOD!

The Best seafood I've ever had so far inland! The Clam Strips were amazing. The hot dogs are classic and perfect. Will be back!
