The gentleman was very nice, super personable. Of course, the owner will sell you the moon and the stars, but the packaged snacks are a little pricey for the size and quality. If you are used to money-back guarantees, look out ---- try them at...your own risk, and no returns/exchanges on the gifts, unlike customer satisfaction programs at some other places. Very large and diverse coffee selection, which can be a saving grace. Stick to the coffee and the friendly gentleman's conversation ☺ My friends and colleagues were very disappointed in the packaged snacks and would have gotten our money back if we could. The coffee went over a little better, and we may consider returning to give it (i.e., other flavors) another shot.More

The Roasted Coffee Depot in Graham, NC has a warm, inviting environment. The employees are friendly and genuine. The iced chai latte was delicious! Great selection of pastries. There are some unique gifts you can buy, including local pottery. Fun place to go!

I was super tired and needed a caffeine hookup. I figured I would give this place a try. One reviewer complained about the rudeness but I think it’s just the playful chat. Another customer was having a bad day and the cashier could tell. She...went out of her way to make something special as well as what the gentleman serving me did. He said if this coffee does wake me up he’ll get me a caffeine IV drip lol. The conversation brightened my day. As for the coffee it did wake me up. I do prefer a lighter roast. Most people like dark roast but I find it too bitter. Their coffee wasn’t overly bitter but just a little for my taste. I would definitely try this place and they have a lot of artsy things for sale in their shop such as pictures, mugs, toothpick holder, candle holders...More

Remember your favorite coffee shop from the 90s? This place has all this with a sweet mix of southern charm, minus Rasta vibe. Lamplight, and the beautiful wuhzing sound of the milk steamer, old comfy chairs, jazz hits on the overhead. Numerous tasty beverages also...reminiscent of the 90s. Little gift shop and gourmet goods if you need a thank you or a treat for a friend.More

The owners daughter is Rude, Unprofessional in her tone towards the customer. Bad customer service spoils the taste of their coffee. I will never ever go back. " I highly recommend you go to " ROASTED COFFEE DEPOT " in Graham. Where you are treated...with Class and Kindness.More

This is the best local coffee shop! They offer gluten free options and lots of coffee choices. The people are super cool and relaxed atmosphere. More local feeling than yuppies. Highly recommend giving them a try!

10/10 would recommend! I tried a Double Mocha Iced Coffee and it was DELICIOUS. Literally the best I have had on my trip through NC. The coffee shop is quaint, but very nicely arranged with plenty of room in between tables and chairs to sit...and enjoy. Plus they have outdoor sitting which I thought was nice. The staff was very, very friendly. They offered to wrap my gifts and gave me advice on which coffee beans to purchase. My favorite part of this coffee shop was the gifts they had available for purchase. They had shirts, locally roasted beans, and other locally made products which made great souvenirs. Next time I will bring my laptop and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere for awhile!More

I always get the iced or blended coffees, and have never been disappointed. Mr. Jerry (the owner) is always so sweet, up-beat, and makes me smile by the time I leave. The sausage quiche with hot sauce is super yummy, and I am not even...a fan of hot sauce. The atmosphere is amazing as well, and very welcoming.More
