I've been eating here since I was young, and the staff and food used to always be excellent. As of lately however the new wait staff has forgotten our order, not refilled our drinks, and will not check on us at all. The food is still tasty though!

I've eaten at El Korita many times since I was a kid and food is always satisfactory. The menu is very basic Mexican food for Americans, so if that's what' you're after, give it a try.

I have been going here on off for about a year now. The service is just fine, and they are always friendly. The food is good, and the prices are not crazy. If you want to go have an affordable lunch, or dinner for that matter.. El Korita is the place to go. It is never crowded, and no it... More

I wish I had something positive to say about this place. From the sub par service to the food itself, this place could use better management or should be shut down. I wanted to eat a vegetarian quesadilla from here one time and it was filled with cheese. A lot of places put slightly more thought into vegetarian options; El... More

Have been going to El Korita for years. Even when it was in its original location where Narita Express is currently located. Always great food and service, Juan has always been cordial as has his staff. Especially enjoy the Half Chimi for lunch. Recommend you give it a try. If unhappy ask to see Juan.

There are a lot of Mexican restaurants in the Wayne- Wilson-Johnston county area. This is by the far the worst one I have personally eaten at. Bottom line, it just isn't good. Please go somewhere else.

I had lunch in this place last week, partly because it had been recommended to me as having good food, and also because I was told they were fast enough to allow me to be back at work within the one hour lunch period. Wrong on both points! On the speed of the service, suffice it to say that I... More

Not only was the service indifferent at best, but my chicken mole took 40 minutes to arrive, and tasted like I had heated a packet of near-dog food from my MRE bag during a field ex. (Military people know what that means). This was THE worst Mexican meal I have EVER attempted to eat. After 2 bites, and an over-priced-under... More

Keep in mind that it was not crowded during our visit there for this review: Took about ten minutes for us to get water and order food. Waitress said she forgot something and then came back a while after. We ordered our food and had been waiting a total of thirty minutes. Our waters ran out. A table nearby still... More

I've eaten at El Korita off and on for years with mixed results. The food is decent but not the best. The prices are somewhat low. The service almost always sucks. They had a really low sanitation grade a few years ago; they've brought it up significantly, but it's never been as high as I like. I eat there if... More
