An open fire, a friendly welcome, good food, a wide range of real ales and several dogs wondering around keeping an eye on all the customers. What more could anyone want?

A lovely place where my friends and I have started coming. Always a warm welcome and I especially love the dogs!!
The White Hart is the most friendly pub you’re likely to find. A far more imaginative and delicious food menu than other local pubs and a good selection of beers and wine. And very dog friendly - my owner loves going there! Albert the Border...More
Thank you Albert... you can have an extra dog biscuit on your next visit... or would that be bribery?!?
Lovely staff who were friendly and helpful, even when our dog was a bit noisy! We stopped for lunch and food was excellent with pudding highly recommended! Roaring fire and resident dogs added to the charm of this place. We will definitely come back if...More
and we look forward to seeing you, chaps!
Recently we have been away to Yorkshire and had a traditional Sunday Roast in a much acclaimed pub..this was much better in all respects. The choice of food , the quality of food and the service and the atmosphere.
The food and atmosphere is super in this village pub. Dog and child friendly (with a box of games for the children to play with). Lynda is a great landlady.
thanks Sally, we do try... in fact some people say we are very trying... LOL. Look forward to seeing you again soon...

Nothing to live up to there, then! Thanks Graham, much appreciated and the village is so lucky that people like you are moving in, who want to contribute to the local experience and join in the fun. Ghost Ship is back soon...

Where do I start? Amazing and wonderful landlady, fantastic bar staff. The food is delicious, varied and having moved into the village in the past year my waistline can vouch for how wonderful the food is! Nothing is too much trouble, anything you fancy they'll...More
Thank you so much Dan. It is very lovely to be appreciated and you are both wonderful additions to our community. Lots of new people are moving to Otley and we're very happy to see everyone joining in and becoming part of the village. It's...More
very friendly people, nice food, meal spoilt by the pub dogs who wouldn't leave us alone. I love dogs, I have two myself, but I don't let them sit under the table while I'm eating. Wouldn't return for this reason.More
Gosh, I so agree! My dogs don't beg at table when I eat either... But sadly a lot of our customers are far more accommodating, despite our protestations to the contrary. And, of course, the dogs are clever and take advantage. I think Stinky even...More
