Located on "Fishcamp Row" this is one of the originals. Great fried (it's the South) seafood including flounder, shrimp, and oysters. Also a fresh salad bar. Friendly, family operated business. Good value. Terrific experience.

For a genuine treat of th sea food genre, Twin Tops is tops in the Belmont area. We were warned to get there early because it gets quite busy on Friday nights and the advice was spot on. Arriving at 5:30 we just did beat a huge rush for the dinner menu. I ordered calabash shrimp and the salad bar... More

Great fried chicken and fried catfish. Nicely cooked and great flavor. Sweet tea is some of the best. Well worth the stop.

Our favorite is the crab legs! Best in North and South Carolina and incredibly affordable. Meals come with salad bar that is always fresh and full of variety. Service is very personal and family oriented.

I have been here many times. The food has always been excellent! You can have it pretty much any way you like - fried, broiled, blackened, ect. They have a salad bar that is really good too. It is not that large, but it certainly has all the right stuff. The wait staff is awesome. They have always been very... More

Late dinner of Perch, hushpuppies, fries, coleslaw and sweet tea. Huge portion, very friendly wait staff, and reasonable prices. Haven't eaten in a fish camp in years, but this was a good one and I will return. From the menu I saw they have a lot of all you can eat specials during the week. Will diversify next trip.

I grew up in Gastonia and totally understand the fish camp concept.....but have been away for a while. Yes, the parking is awful, the place is outdated and kind of smelly-the tables have vinyl table cloths-the place is crowded and loud, the wait staff is busy and overworked.....you'll get a ton of food, but lots and lots and lots of... My husband grew up in the area and says his family has been coming here since he was a little boy. His uncle recently had an 85th birthday party there; everyone really enjoyed! Staff was outstanding in accommodating everyone (place was packed besides 3 parties) and food was fast and delicious. Generous portions and refills made it extra special. I'd... More

We had dinner here with our daughter and grandchildren on a recent visit. We were promptly greeted and seated. Drink orders came quickly (I was impressed with choice since they had BOTH Diet Coke and Diet Pepsi so my wife and I both got our favorites). I had the half order of Flounder fillets, my wife had the half order... More
