Good beer and other mixed drinks to choose from. Small area but very frendly and ok to share a table if you ask.

I was there to meet a friend. It was a good atmosphere and close to the park where we went for a walk. No live music at the time but I understand they do have it.

I'm sad to say that Freeman's Pub is not what it used to be. The pub itself is run-down and dingy. The service is average and the mixed drinks have little to no alcohol in them. We left after the live music started because it was so loud you couldn't have a conversation with the person next to you.

Stopped by while waiting for a uptown event to start. First visit. Wasn't overly impressed. The place lacks something. Very dark and plain. It could use some decorations. Small tables outside the front door where the smokers go. Drink prices are on the high side. Bartenders were fairly friendly.

The pub is clearly a favorite among locals, as the bartender knew most of the patrons. About as family friendly as a pub can be, seeing that it's a pub. Great selection of local beers, all of which were fantastic. Good variety too. None of this 7 IPAs, Blue Moon, and the Domestics crap you normally see from bars offering... More

Good place to grab a beer and meet friends, but not too many. When the band is playing, it is loud. Staff is good.

Recommended by the Holiday Inn staff, a short cab ride landed us here. Guiness was overpriced but with endlessly good service, price was soon forgotten. Hot chicken salad was good and the breakfast burger was very good. Great conversation with locals kind of place.

This is the closest thing to an Irish pub this side of the atlantic. Good beer, even know how to make a half and half, and a black and tan. The WINGS there are the BEST feature. Sundrop infused and Apple Jamison wings have a taste that you will never forget. Not hot wings but a smooth sweet taste. A... More

My husband and I go on Wednesday evenings every now and then to participate in the Original Songwriters Night at Freeman's. We lived in Nashville TN for a number of years and have certainly heard top notch performers and songwriters so we know what we are hearing. We haven't heard any bad songs/performers at Freeman's, and many have been very... More
