Went to eat dinner before our show. Buffet was $18ish. Service was just ok. Food was pretty good. Salad bar was tasty, steak was OK, and baked potato was good. The buffet seemed to be pretty inconsistently stocked. Otherwise good atmosphere. Just a little bland for the price.

Located at the Fun Factory building. It is accessible to all the ammenities in the complex. They have the best salad, potato and soup bar in town. The steaks are the best in Franklin. Everything is fresh and flavorful. Great staff. Railroad dining car in back room for a unique dining experience.

This is one of the nicer restaurants in Franklin. Wonderful salad bar along with soup and baked potato. Delicious desserts not to mention steaks.

The Boiler Room Steakhouse provides an average meal. The salad bar was poorly stocked and the service was a bit slow. Pasta was good.

I have visited for dinner but stopped by for lunch recently and was delighted with the quality, selection, price and service. The soup, salad and potato bar is a bargain for lunch. Repeat visitors can get a card stamped for a free meal after nine purchases. The salad bar is huge and fresh. Two choices of soup plus baked potato bar... More

Great salad, soup, potato bar. Known for steaks and burgers. Lunch specials are good deal. Railroad themed inside. Restaurant is located inside but separated from the Fun Factory which offers children's entertainment and food.

Search out this restaurant and have the steaks and salad bar. The staff was on point and the food was great. It is adjacent to an indoor fun park with games and minigolf and the Smokey Mountain Arts Center.

We chose the Show Night Buffet. The salad bar was almost empty. Only had about 3 cucumber slices and the boiled egg container and crouton container was empty. It also was void of onions. The steak container was empty on the warm bar, only had 1/2 of a baked potato and it was old and cold. The ziti was no... More
