A group of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids) went to Carrabbas for dinner last Saturday. We were told the wait would be 35-40 minutes. This wait time was the reason we stayed. After about 50 minutes my husband went up to ask how much...longer it might be (as my 4 and 6 year old were pretty hungry), and he was told it would be another while. So we waited. Let me say there were at least three parties of 6 who had been seated at this point, to include everyone who was in front of us, and numerous people who came in after us. After waiting about one hour and 15 minutes, I went up and asked how long it would be. I was told "If you wait longer than 20 more minutes, just come back up and we can take your name off the list". Really, that was rude. So we waited again. At about 1 hour and 40 minutes we were extremely frustrated as my kids continued to express how hungry they were. So my husband went back up again, and thankfully a floor manager walked by and heard him talking and she immediately sat us at a table (while the receptionist rolled her eyes as we walked by). Our waitress was on point with everything, she was great. However we received our salads about three minutes before our entrees, so our food was cold by the time we finished eating our salads. I think 2 out of the 8 in our group was satisfied with their meal (one of those 2 was a kids chicken tender plate, not sure if that counts). I ordered the chicken piccata with spinach, and it was terrible. The spinach had no taste, and the chicken had barely any sauce. I have purchased this at other carrabbas restaurants and its my favorite meal here, but I was so disappointment. We did not complain about the food, we just paid and left because we could not wait to get out of that restaurant. $90 wasted for sure that night, I will not be going back.More

Went to Carrabbas for dinner with mask on. As we asked the hostess about wait times she told us it would be 10 min. As no one was in the lobby area me and my wife sat down. As soon as we are seated the...staff proceeded to tell us we need to go outside or sit in our car. I find this ridiculous considering no one was in lobby and especially since their lobby was sectioned off for social distancing. Half the people in the restaurant weren’t even wearing masks which made me and my wife feel as if we were being singled out. I understand Covid restrictions but if you have a sectioned off lobby and half the restaurant is running around without a mask on what is the damn point of telling me and my wife to move outside in the rain!!More

My wife and I ended up in Carrabba's on a stopover in Fayetteville. After not being satisfied with a 1/2 hour wait across the street at Bubba's 33, we got to sit down right away at Carrabba's, even though this restaurant seemed just as crowded....I had the Chicken Piccata and Caesar Salad which was good and my wife had meatballs and a caesar salad which was also good. We've eaten at Carrabba's in other places and have never had a problem. Will return.More

We decided to dine at Carrabas again recently as it had been a while since we visited. No waiting for a seat and honestly, they were not incredibly busy on the night we dined. Services was great and food was delicious. We'll be back again...soon!More

Food is ok. We have tasted a lot of italian restaurants from the UK and Italy itself, and we can't really say that the price was justified by the taste. Taste was so-so, nothing special. But if the price was a bit lower, it should...be ok for the price. Pricing is like how you would dine on a 4 star restaurants in the UK but taste is not on par. We also had one item missing from our order and was promised a refund. All in all, it's ok but the taste is somewhat missing for a Italian restaurant.More

My wife and I decided after a couple of decades to try a Carrabba’s while we were in Fayetteville at lunch. Both of our different plates were uninspiring, or basically from the pouch to the microwave and finally to the plate. The staff was friendly,...the service was excellent, but as lovers of Italian foods, we were not impressed.More

Carrabba’s is pretty good. The menu has nice variety. The food is pretty good. Service tends to be very good. It is what it proclaims itself to be, a chain Italian restaurant. It will meet expectations.

Service was great! Sat in the bar and the waitress was attentive and very nice. Food was okay. It’s a chain restaurant and so you get what you expect for that.

The calamari was great! My linguini was over cooked to the point it was mush. Definitely not worth the money!More

Carrabba's is the WORST chain restaurant in Fayetteville. Several weeks ago, my husband and I, (along with two of my sisters), had lunch at this restaurant. Well, it wasn't a pleasant experience. First, the waitress wasn't very nice. Second, we were brought dirty glasses, appetizer...plates and silverware. The whole experience was just awful. I returned to the restaurant two days later and spoke with the manager. While she was accommodating for our experience, (we received two gift cards...gee, we spent almost $100 and got back $40), it wasn't worth returning, but; we did, for takeout. That experience was just as bad, if not worse. We waited almost an HOUR for our order, (which was the fault of the young ladies who were servicing the "To go" customers). The young lady who took our order never bothered to get a name for our order, and a gentleman who came in for takeout 20 minutes after us, and had a larger order than we did...got his food first. I RARELY eat out anymore because of experiences like this, and this will be the last time I ever spend money at this restaurant again. The quality of the food isn't worth it, and neither is the poor service.More
