Awesome lunch buffet. Come hungry. Full bar and the employees like the food. Lots of spice (big flavor, not too hot), chicken, beef, goat. Amazing vegetables and sauces. Desserts are authentic and unusual. Have come back more than once.
First, those photos from 2012 and 2013 are old. The restaurant is now in a hip, new downtown location, walkable from the harbor, the art museum, the waterfront park, and downtown shopping.
