This is a family friendly restaurant. The Villa is a very dated restaurant could definitely use an update to the decor and ladies restroom. The menu selections are fabulous but the food is horrible. Nothing is seasoned it’s has a very bland taste. The service...is okay but nothing to rave about. The only thing I can say is good is the coffee.More
We frequented this wonderful mom and pop place several times during my visit to my daughter's house. I tried several breakfasts including eggs, steaks, ham, bacon, waffles, biscuits etc. They were all amazing, but my favorite by far was the waffles. Everything was wonderful, but...the waffles were the best I have had anywhere. I plan to return to get more waffles and try more of the menu when I visit again down the line.More
We hold out delta waterfowl chapter meetings here. This place has it all if your in the mood from breakfast to dinner. They serve breakfast all day. Wait staff is the nicest in town. Food is great. We love coming once a month and it's...a very friendly and family oriented establishment. Highly recommend.More
I have been here multiple times for breakfast. You can get the menu all day since we have ordered some non-breakfast items in the morning. I like when places have more than just breakfast foods for breakfast. They have American, Italian, and Greek food. Pastas,...chicken, steaks, seafood, pizza, subs, wine, beer, salads, sandwiches, soups, pancakes, french toast, waffles, biscuits, oatmeal, omelets, etc. They do have kids portions for breakfast and lunch/dinner options as well.
Everything was decent and most of it we would order again. We have ordered the bacon (tasty/crispy), onion rings (crispy), pancakes (just OK to me, wouldn't order them again but he liked them), biscuits (good!), random veggies came with some orders (good), biscuits and gravy (tasty), french toast (was just OK to me), and bacon cheese skins (we usually order these every time - tasty, crispy bacon, melted cheese).
My boyfriend has ordered a few of the Greek specialty items and he enjoyed them.
We usually just order water but I did try a long island iced tea one morning and it was made well.
I have always had great service at our table. Sometimes the food may take a little while to come out but that is because this place is always busy whenever we have gone there to eat in the mornings. The only knock I would have on the service is that the checkout process is a bit slow and it is right near the door so there is always confusion on who is waiting to pay and who is waiting to be seated.
Also, great pricing for their food. Priced accordingly to what you get and how it tastes.More
New location on Halstead blvd.
The Villa Restaurant is our "Go To Place" for breakfast almost every weekday. The food is delicious and the smiling, accommodating service of the owners and waitresses is exceptional. The "Treat You Like Family" atmosphere makes going there a real...pleasure!More
Enjoyed our lunch here. Extensive menu. Breakfast served anytime. Service was freindly and fast. We had the Greek gyro. It was very good. The chicken Caesar salad was plentiful and large amount of chicken. Would definitely eat here again.
The Villa is a place with a variety of foods. You can order breakfast foods at supper. Their omelets are very tasty. You can get spaghetti, catfish, both of which you are given a good amount of. My son usually gets the Villa Special and...he enjoys it.More
Went here with friends, 22 of them. The service was good especially for a big crowd.
The servers were friendly, attentive, and got all the orders right. It is good comfy food and a relaxing, clean place for dinner. They had lots of specials too....Two sides came with my dinner. That does not happen much any more. I had plenty to eat as the portions were generous.More
