I took the Chef's Fried Rice with beef and egg. It took a while since it was not a ready to go from the counter, and the chef had to cook it. The quantity is worth for the price you pay. And they charge 35cents...for a cup of regular water. That's unfair though, especially in the US. Tried the chicken combo 2+1 side. The flavours were good. Not exceptional in any ways.. but satisfies your tummy !!More

I got the hibachi chicken with noodles. The noodles were dry and tasted like they have been marinating for weeks. The chicken was OK, but not great. It was pretty disappointing. I only ate a little bit and then threw it away. I won't eat here...again.More

This store is located at South Point Mall, Durham, NC food court. Food is below average. Some of the staffs greet people with stone cold face. The most irritating strategy of the store is to extract money for cup of water which should offer for...courtesy. Such stingy business strategy sure to drive away customers. Don't know what is say, but last time, only few days ago, I had been to an American restaurant, the first thing they had offered as courtesy was water with refill! Simply staying away from Ichiban at this location!More

Ichiban is good foodcourt food. The chicken teriyaki is cooked as it should be and is plentiful. The kids were happy and didn't get sick. What more can you ask?

Worth visiting if you are hungry for good Chinese food of wide variety. A large buffet spread and most items are very good.

A good meal in the food court. Many chicken choices. The owner volunteered they have been there for 14 years. I'd like that you can see into the kitchen and watch the cooks prepare the food. Free refills on drinks. $5.49 for one meat and...one side. Ample portion. Would eat here again.More

Not expecting to find great sushi in a food court.. but this was easily the worst I've ever had. The rice was wet and slimy, and both rolls had a dish-water taste to them. Supermarket sushi, would get 5 stars in comparison.
