I love their salads and soups. It's the go-to place for healthy comfort food. The staff is upbeat and efficient. Panera's noise level is much better than other restaurants of its type.

Good food. Sandwiches mostly and soup. Service slow. Staff not very friendly. Needs more variety. Needs to offer free goods as well.

Got the 1/2 and 1/2 deal mine was soup bowl and. Sandwich. Soup needed something. But the steak and arugula sandwich was really good. Will try again next time get a salad and sandwich. Bread that comes with soup was good crusty on top light in middle.

Being located in the South Point Mall, there are less people sitting around using the free WiFi and more eating. This allows for availability of table selection. Per usual, I like to get to restaurants before their busy time, less lines, faster service, etc. This time was no exception. One person in front of me, placed my order and by... More

This Panera's was unusually crowded with people using computers. Tables do not turn over very quickly. The food was as good as usual and very convenient to the Hilton Garden Inn.

This was my first visit to Panera Bread. They have many different choices: soups, salad, sandwiches. And the good this is different sizes! Half sandwiches, small cups of soup. The ingredients seem fresh. The food tasted good. But it was a bit more expensive than I thought. I had chips, small soup and half a sandwich for 9 dollars! Bit... More

I actually just ate at the Durham Panera Bread on Witherspoon Drive, but I would think that my comments would apply to all of their locations. My wife and I were meeting folks there at their suggestion. It wouldn't have been my choice because, as it turned out, this replicated my only other experience at a Panera Bread some nine... More

We love Paneras for breakfast, especially the egg souffles. These are like a quiche in a croissant pastry. Yummy. My favorite is the spinach and artichoke. We also enjoy lunch. My husband has tried the pasta and has loved it. I tend to stick with tried and true soup (broccoli cheddar) and a salad or half sandwich.
