Title says everything. At best the owner may had mixed brown and white rice and sell it as brown rice. Shame! Do they really think customers are that stupid.

This place is ok if your not a Korean food snob. Other than the taste itself, Quick service, friendly staff, and reasonable prices. It’s a win.

This is a relatively inexpensive place for Korean-inspired build-your-own bowls but nothing spectacular. It will do in a pinch if you're craving a quick meal but it's probably not completely authentic. It's like a Korean Moe's where you can build your own bowl along an...assembly line. We got a deal on Living Social and visited on a Friday afternoon for a late lunch. It was not crowded but then again it was a holiday weekend. Staff is pleasant and food is okay, but I don't see myself going back anytime real soon. I prefer some of the Korean food trucks and eateries in the area.More

Was really hungry and had tried several of the other restaurants in this strip - however never tried Itaewon. Glad I gave it a try... very casual environment set up almost like Moe’s. Pick your size, main ingredients, toppings, sauces, etc. staff was very nice...and place was CLEAN. Plus, it was very tasty; will be back!More

We really enjoyed this place! Cafeteria style, not fancy, but delicious food! You're basically getting a bowl with the choices you make, and there are many. I love the spicy noodles! Chicken, pork, beef and tofu proteins plus many fresh veggies and the best sauces!...Service was ultra fast and we both enjoyed our "bowls" so much!More

Am so impressed by this little cafe'. Fresh cooked meats with a variety of toppings and dressings. Can also do vegetarian. Delicious! Counter person offered me a quick sampling of dressings to taste.

I was so excited to finally try Itaewon Grill, after a few months of it being right up the road from me! I loved the fresh ingredients, the unique Korean flavors, and the helpful staff for pointing me in the right direction with the toppings!...(aka getting sesame oil for the "dressing" with the pork and rice bowl, among other things) Everything tasted delicious, and the flavors meshed together well. Overall I was happy to try Itaewon Grill, and look forward to going back! I think it's a neat new place near Duke, that's sure to attract the students, employees, and patients, with the unique flavors and cuisine! Highly recommended. I will say that the price is a bit high (to me) but for the amount of food you get, I guess it's reasonable. Just make sure that the employees pack the food in the bowl and aren't stingy with the serving sizes! :)More

My son and I happened upon Itaewon Grill when my husband was in the hospital. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the fare. Korean BBQ was very good! I can't remember what my son had but he enjoyed his food as well. I'd...go again if I get the chance!More

I stopped in here for dinner today and color me very impressed. It’s the best kind of fast casual restaurant. High quality ingredients, low prices, friendly staff and they have indoor and outdoor seating. Definitely worth a visit
