I went here to eat lunch with a friend. I was feeling sort of stressed and needed a pick me up. I had a special pimento cheese BLT on rye that was served with cucumber salad and a pickle. The sandwich hit the spot and the cucumber salad was light and tasty, sort of like summer pickles!. I ended with... More

I went here with a friend. She had a specialty sandwich. I had the soup (corn chowder) and side salad combo. I asked for blue cheese dressing and got balsamic vinaigrette. I guess the inverse wanted me to have this dressing and it was freshly made and tasty. There were two other soup specials and 3 other specials that all... More

We used to eat here a couple of times a week and knew most of the regulars (and workers) that went there. We always had a good time. Then they stopped using iceberg lettuce and changed to the leafy type that we call a weed-eater salad. We like our iceberg in salads and sandwiches so we just stopped going there.... More

Have eaten there at least 100 times, as it's usually quick, convenient, reasonable, and the food is healthy. I like the vegetable soup, it's real tomatoey and also get the house salad which could use more vegetables it's just lettuce, tomato onion and cucumber, but the dressings are great. Filling and healthy.

We've been eating here for over 18 years and we are never disappointed. We live out of the country, but when we visit family in RDU, we always make time to eat at Piper's at least once. My kids love it, too. Everything that's we've tried on the menu is fantastic, from the burgers, club sandwich, philly, and salads. Try... More

Piper's is a great place to eat. They have great burgers and fries and other tasty food. Homemade cakes. Quite atmosphere and a good place to go as a group.

We visited on a June Saturday when the temperature was in the 90s. My wife was carrying a Tervis thermos with water and the first thing the waitress said to us was, "There's no outside food or drink here." It was water! She said she could put the thermos in their cooler until our meal was done. We also had... More

LOVE THIS PLACE! I have been going there for about three years now very casual friendly neighborhood type place. The specials tend to be what I go for they make really yummy simple type food. If you don’t feel like cooking and don’t want to spend a ton of money Pipers is the spot.

I wrote a bad review about this restaurant some time ago, but recent visits have changed my mind. My daughter and I love to go here and sit outside when possible on the porch. The service has greatly improved since the time of my bad experience. The food was always good and still is. I really like the tune salad... More

This is a small place and the food is good and reasonably priced. They usually have 3 or 4 good cakes and pies to choose from too. The place is very casual and the menu has quite a few choices for you. It's all simple foods but most of the time that is all I need.

Thank Brad D
