Went for breakfast and ordered build your own omelettes. Meat, veggies and cheese to choose from. With grits, home fries or hash browns, along with choice of toast. For 2 people with coffees and orange juice cost was $21.00. Very filling with plenty of food and your coffee cup will never go empty. Excellent service too!

As usual I wanted to find a place to eat that was not a rubber stamp fast food chain and had a unique flair. This filled the bill. Especially loved the slaw, chicken salad, hamburger steak, and the mural!!

On a road trip eating eating at no chain restaurant's. This is a cute little place right off 95. I avoid greasy food so options were very limited. I did have a cheese burger which was good. Service was good, staff friendly.

This little restaurant shows their buffet as being their number one asset but for myself and my husband it is their hamburgers, hands down some of the best burgers you can find in this area.

After a grueling rain plagued, many mishaps trip on a Southern jaunt, I happened upon The Milestone Diner,my 1st bit of good luck on this trip. I opted for the buffet, which I rarely do, but this one was very clean and fresh. It was a Southern feast, butter beans, broccoli, string beans, carrots, cabbage, as well as Southern fried chicken.... We had buffalo chicken, chili and corned beef hash with eggs. All were delicious and the friendly staff were very accommodating. Great stop off I-95.

Although we didn't eat here, this was a stop off of i95. We needed gas, bathroom break and a snack. We stopped here and the diner was so cute! It reminded me of what a diner would look like in 1950s. Great little pit stop.

MILESTONE DINER DUNN, NC Most people think NJ is The Garden State,  but it is really The Diner State.  I lived in NJ and some of the best places to eat have been diners. Working for National Geographic has me on the road and I am always looking for a new place to eat and connect. Came across Milestone Diner... More
