Fried Oysters - good Duck Potstickers - way to dark and crispy, barely tasted the duck Scallops - okay, risotto overcooked, puffed pastry to soggy Filet Mignon - good, chose wild rice instead of potato, but no flavor on the rice Overall touch butter on...everything Steve at the bar was outstanding, dirty martini was very tasty We won't be backMore

I had the catch of the day that was served to perfection with couscous, veggies and a glaze. Others in the party had steak, salads and stuffed shrimp. Everyone enjoyed their food and the service.

Food was very good but you need to make a reservation a few days in advance even for the bar seating. Was worth the wait!

I wrote this before. Staff? Awful. Took our order never returned for a wine order. That was okay - no mask and spit when he talked. The restaurant was raw, no atmosphere. Wooden benches Food horrific. Undercooked tiny scallops for $40+, weak drinks, tough steak....Go elsewhereMore

We were in Corolla for a few days, had dinner here EVERY night. Great menu, great staff. The food not only tastes great it looks great. I am only sorry we did not take pictures. The Lobster Ravioli plate was a work of art, the...seafood specials were also super. Had the steak special one night and again we were blown away by the plate and the taste.More

Had dinner on a Saturday evening as my group's final dinner before leaving the Outer Banks. We were highly satisfied with everything, service, view, and food. Definitely on the pricey side but it was worth it

This is an awesome restaurant. Great selections and service. We were seated by the window that overlook Currituck Sound. Outdoor seating is available. Reservations are recommended. If you are on the Outer Banks, make sure this is one stop you don't miss.

We were excited to try the new #1 restaurant in Duck which superseded our favorite Blue Point where we’ve been going to for years. Pricing was similar to Blue Point and Aqua which we loved but this place was appalling in atmosphere, food and service....See longer attached review.More

We were looking forward to a new dining experience. Several of Outer Banks restaurants are outstanding. This was just ok. There was a lot of food without a lot of flavor. Everyone at the table ordered different dishes and were all underwhelmed. We are hoping...ours was an isolated event. We will not return any time soon.More

For whatever reason I thought this might be a white tablecloth kind of place. So glad it wasn't. It was very comfortable and perfect in every way. We ate at a table near the bar and luckily we arrived just before a huge storm. Drinks...(try the Old Fashioned) and watching torrential rain was cozy and then came the food! Oh the food! The burrata salad special was amazing and so was the shrimp and grits. Service was great! Don't miss the Paper Canoe and make reservations well in advance.More

Rated best in Duck, our experience met That score. Ate at the bar; reservations are a must. Menu and. Food were excellent. Great service by Steve, the very busy bartender. Prices on par with other better places in Duck. But, this is a small place...so probably not best choice for large groups or families. Wonderful views over the Currituck sound. Beautiful sunsets. Highly recommend.More

Visited in October about a week before closing and was thrilled they delayed closing to allow those of us that come off season a chance to dine there. All four of us ordered something different. The Paper Canoe Ravioli with crab meat was delicious with...just the right fresh tomato notes. The red drum was cooked perfectly. The duck....omg the duck... soft and seasoned beautifully and with the perfect glaze and sear. The shrimp and smoked gouda grits left one of our friends in food ecstasy. We also sampled the Chef's Whim which was some beautiful shrimp, crab meat and lobster bites. The Duck Spring Rolls were delicious also - a well paired sauce for those. We also tried the cocktails - the gin cocktail was a bubbly and similar to white wine spritzer, the bourbon cocktail was true to form and delicious, the margarita excellent and the wine options excellent as well. My only complain is the seating. Options for seating are hard wood chairs around floating tables OR hard wood booths with shared backing to the neighboring table. As a person of 5 feet tall even with heels my feet did not touch the ground which is very uncomfortable for a long slow dinner. No cushioning on the seats and when a party is seated behind you a raucous laugh can cause you to bump heads with the person at the next table. Acoustics are good for conversation - the whole place is like eating in a home. The service was excellent. Ohhh desert! We got a creme brûlée since it was my birthday but sadly the custard did not set well and it was mostly sugar topping with a 1/4 inch soupy custard although he flavor of the custard was good. We also ordered the flourless torte which is a very rich slice of cake that is more similar to fudge than cake. It's suitable for aa party of four to share due to how rich it is. But its super yummy! Overall I highly recommend having a meal here. The food is worth it and for me, the best in Corolla and Duck. I'd recommend requesting a table and not a booth and if you have bony bum like me bring a little cushion - take your time and enjoy this special place. It won't matter what you order - it will be delicious.More

A restaurant without a fault. Food was excellent. Service was excellent. The owner, Tom, was very helpful in seating our large group. The wine selection and the entree selection were superb. Don't miss this one just north of Duck on the bay.

I would call directly to the restaurant and ask them. My husband and I have had several dinners there, and truly enjoyed our meals. Hope they are open for you.

I can’t remember all but they are craft-some local and a good variety. I typically like lighter beers and they had a great Pilsner. Beer is served nice and cold!
