Absolutely phenomenal meal. Filet mignon was cooked perfectly and scrumptious! Steamer dinner was outstanding and Panko breaded shrimp were great. Great service and very nice people. Will definitely be back on our next trip to Corolla.
Went here on a Wednesday afternoon for lunch and when we got there they were not open. Their website said they were open for lunch. I know everyone is having problems but update your website so not to inconvenience people.
We were kinda scared off because they don't take a reservation and the recording says you might have to wait up to TWO HOURS! But we persevered and went on a Saturday night anyway and, I guess, because we were coming late (close to 8:30)...we were able to get a table immediately. What a delight!! Coming late, however, meant we didn't get what we 'thought' we wanted so had to 'settle' for the Tuna. Boy, what a delicious delight!! Perfectly cooked (rare) and some great sauces, too! A perfect beach restaurant - even if you have to wait for table.More
During summer on the Outer Banks, you can expect a long wait for a dinner table at most restaurants, but at least at North Bank, you can browse the interesting shops in Timbuk II Shopping Center until they text you. Our wait time was much...shorter than forecast and dinner was the best we’ve had. Service by Angie was outstanding and we didn’t feel rushed, which is a common occurrence here, because of the crowds. We ordered 2 of the daily specials and they were excellent. The shrimp/scallops over pasta was loaded with seafood and the flounder was perfectly cooked and these entrees were large enough to take home a second meal. We will definitely be returning.More
We ate out several times while at OBX in July 2021. This was the best food we had all week. The Mixed Grill and Fried Seafood Combo were the two favorites. The Fried Seafood Combo is only lightly breaded and was a perfect mix of...seafood. Might have been one of the best seafood combos I've ever had. A line forms early before they open so get there early. Nice atmosphere and good service. A little pricey, but definitely worth it.More
All businesses in Outer Banks are challenged with staffing levels presently. But we still enjoyed excellent service and the food was outstanding. I had the mixed grill and my wife the flounder with tomato crab sauce. My skewer of yellowfin tuna was perfect. Wine list...is brief but well chosen and reasonableMore
Great service, super food.
We had a great experience dining there on a busy day.
Our server was right on point, food was very good and well prepared.
My wife loved the oysters, the surf and turf was outstanding.
Place is pricey $$$$$$ be prepared...to pay top dollar.More
We had dinner here and were seated in the old lounge area. Only room for 4 tables in there, but very quaint and the service was great. Definitely need to try the Crab Grenade appetizers! Waitress recommended them and they were outstanding! Best we ever...had. The calamari was also good, and we ordered another round of that! One of our orders was the fried seafood combo, and there was a LOT of seafood. had the Tuna Steak, and it was out of this world! Done just right. For dessert, go for the FAT Banana!More
Def one of the best seafood restaurants I have ever been! Great service, very fresh oysters and large size king crab legs! The crab grenades were so good! The seafood special-flounder was so good!!! Great atmosphere! When I was there, summer hours were dinner starts...at 4:30pm. We got there at 4:45pm, the line was long and wait time was 2 hours already! However, put down our names… went shopping… got a page at 1 hour and 10 min! The wait didn’t feel long at all because lots of shop to browse!More
