We visit Outer Banks Corolla for our 41st anniversary. We cooked the entire week we were there, and decided to try this restaurant on our last day. Placed two pick up orders of fish and chip dinners and a shrimp basket. We received 6 batter...fried fish sticks and 6 shrimp along with a family size bag of french fries..... For $50 . Trust and believe I will buy my own fish (Tilapia , Flounder even Cat, my Jumbo Shrimp) and TGIF french fries from Wal-Mart. going forward.More
This food was the worst I have every tasted, $54.00 for fish and chips this basely for children. I will ‘ NEVER’ eat at this place again nor will I tell any of my family are friends. This should have been a meal for $20.00,...but is this area they are over priced. We ask a person that worked there and the person we order from and they said the food was the bested, they both lied I could have bought fish and shrimp and did a better job than Mama Easley place !!!!!More
Yummy crab cakes, fried scallops, hush puppies, and crab legs! Very small restaurant. Not set up well for take out and phone has lots of static so hard to hear. Definitely enjoyed the food once we were able to order!
We were driving back home after a week in the Outer Banks and decided to stop in Corolla for lunch and after doing a bit of a Googling, decided to try out Mama Easley's. I had the fried fish sandwich (mahi mahi) with onion rings,...my partner had the fried clam strip basket and we got some hushpuppies as well. Everything was delicious, especially the clam strips -- they were really succulent and fresh, so much better than the tasteless rubbery ones that you get at so many other places. The staff were really friendly and attentive as well.More
We chose this restaurant based on reviews on here and Yelp and were disappointed. It was fine, nothing special, and not deserving of the high ratings. It served basic fried food, but I will say the hush puppies were very good. It's not a bad...restaurant but definitely isn't great.More
Scallops ,crab and sweet potatoes tots were fantastic. Find the man they call Flea. He is the life of the party and serves the coldest beer in Corolla. Its off season but Mama Easley is still bringing the party and may be the only St...Patrick's day party in Corolla. Have fun and enjoy !More
