R&R is a casual country restaurant with friendly servers and good food. We had the ribs (1/2 rack was just right) with slaw and mac and cheese as sides. The ribs are always juicy, savory and done to perfection. Plenty of napkins and sealed wipes to clean up after the finger licking good ribs. The ribs also come with hush... More

I went to the original in Kannapolis a long time ago. Worth mentioning because the food was fairly good but I can't stand nickle and dime greed. I had a plate lunch with water and got charged ten cents for the water. I complained, not like I wondered in off the street sat down and asked for a water, I... More

Nice place. Informal. Good barbecue and ribs. Iced tea is homemade. Friendly service. Good prices. Gets crowded on the weekends. Go early.

If you are looking for a good down home BBQ place, then this needs to be number 1 on your list! We have been there a few different times and they never disappoint. Their ribs are AMAZING! Fall of the bone delicious! A must stop if you are near the Concord area.

Had the Engineer's plate which was a lot of food! The Chopped pork was delicious and very lean. My daughter had the ribs and loved them. The service was excellent. We will definitely be back. And PS, don't pass on the banana pudding!

No frills southern barbecue place. A local favorite. Great ribs, and you have got to try the fried corn...so good!

Stopped in for lunch and enjoyed it. The bar b que was most and tender with a great smoky flavor. Hush puppies, Brunswick stew, and slaw were my sides and I would say they were average to good. Service was friendly and prompt. Price was fair.

I'm a SC girl and used to eating mustard-based BBQ sauce. That was not an option at R & R so I tried their pepper and vinegar sauce and it was fantastic! Some of the people in my group don't eat spicy so they tried the Sweet and Smoky sauce and said it was really good too. They had the... More

I drive 400 miles to go to this restaurant. Awesome southern barbecue cooking in a great atmosphere. Like other reviews have said you get off the exit and need to make a turn onto a side road that is a little bit hard to see but definitely not that hard to find! Love this place!
