I have eaten at Ruth’s Chris before but the HARRAHS location was my first visit here. I have no complaints with the staff. The steak was excellent; however, the baked potato I ordered was previously cooked then reheated. To me this is unacceptable for the...caliber of this restaurant. Upon my return to Harrah’s Cherokee, I don’t think I would return here.More

We ate at Ruth's Chris for my birthday. We split a steak which was very good. We had the garlic mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes for sides and they were very good also. They even gave me dessert with Happy Birthday and a candle on...it. Very good meal.More

We like going to Ruth's Chis steak houses and have been to many around the country. This one did not disappoint. Wife had the Lobster Bisque, then we had the LARGE seafood tower as our entrée. Dessert was Bread Pudding - not that great and...simple ice cream. Our server was awesome and did well, except and this is the funny part... When he brought me the ice cream, it was actually a scoop of "butter". We got a good laugh (at my expense) over that. My only compliant was they said they were going to "comp" our desserts and they didn't. Its a great place, just make sure to make reservations!More

We ate at Ruth’s Chris steakhouse in Wilmington North Carolina this past weekend. Long story short. I would say 35% of the people being there was just in T-shirts. It’s as if they just got out of the swimming pool and put T-shirts on to...have supper. They called us earlier in the morning to make sure of our reservations and to remind us of their dress code. It was just disappointing for the management not to follow up on their own dress code. The person that waited on us let my tea run out several times and did not bring the extra bread that I requested.I will say the food was very good and that this is the first time that we had experience bad service and bad dress code. At Ruth Chris steakhouse.More

This location is phenomenal! The food was exceptionally well prepared. I was a little skeptical about getting my lamb chops medium; however, the waitress assured me that the chef’s were good. My friend’s steak and lobster tail was delicious; as well as the potatoes, sweet...potato casserole, crab cakes, and calamari. The food came at a mice time. The hosts were also accommodating of our reservation, and got us seated promptly. I will definitely visit this location again!More

Went to Ruth's Chris while at the casino on Thursday night. Great food as usual but had a fabulous waiter, Daniel. He was attentive and knowledgeable about the food and wine. Thanks, Daniel for a fun evening.

Sure the covid thing has affected the size of their menu but it has not affected their service or food. My Server Garrett was outstanding. The only thing better was the fillet. So delicious and tasty. I’ll be going back tonight!!

we dined at Ruth's Chris last night-the 18t of June-- The restaurant was busy/ as the only sit down place in Harrah's Cherokee Casino. Price 150$ included tip--- 1st of all No Fried Lobster Tail/ appetizer- we had the Wedge salad the High light of...the meal-- excellent-- 48$ per Fillet -- was just not worth the money-- If you are excited about sizzling plate / consider for us the best part ..filet was no better than Longhorn- Medium 8oz. cooked ok-- nothing really tasty about it (yes we have dined here many times in the past) The waitress good informed us No longer are sides a for (2) servings in fact Potato Casserole out of box would have been better---serving was for 1/2 a serving--- Pricey and for a special dinner not anything special..More

I don't know. You will need to contact the restaurant because the only entrance I know of is thru the restaurant.
